Wonderful, EASY purchase of a new Prius Prime! My salesman Olti was awesome. I highly recommend him! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with! He worked hard to get me my car - in under an hour!! Quickest in and out I've had purchasing a new car. Great experience all around!

I came in around a week ago looking for a 2024 Tacoma, and got a great one thanks to my wonderful salesman Olti. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the truck and helped me out with everything to get a deal done that worked best for me Truly a great person and helped me accomplish one of my dreams by getting a Tacoma. Horrible experience with the service department. Went in for what should have been a basic repair and quotes on some minor cosmetic issues. Instead I receive a video of a service inspection of my entire car that I did not ask for and was never advised would be happening? And that they charge $180 for this service I did not want. If I had been advised up front that this would be happening it would be one thing but the service rep never once told me that this would be done. Just had me sign papers and said that this was for assessing the reason I was coming in. It's one thing to charge a service fee for the service asked it's another thing to force services on to the customer that were not requested and then have that justify the cost. Lesson learned on my part.

Horrible experience. I have been having issues with my Toyota Prius for over a month. A local mechanic diagnosed my car with an electrical issue. My hybrid battery needs to be reprogrammed, as when the regular battery died it triggered a malfunction with the hybrid battery. I took it to this dealership expecting information on how much a reprogramming would cost. However, I was given a mistyped diagnostic sheet having 0 mention of an electrical issue, stating I needed $3,000+ of manual parts to my brakes. No one would listen to me about the information I had or that my brakes were perfectly fine before the battery died. I then took it to another mechanic who confirmed that I had an electrical issue, no parts needed. It is clear that they were trying to run a scam.
