Shop at SR several times a week! Usually very happy except the fruit which i buy alot is sometimes over ripe (strawberries) but since the store closed off several self checkout areas and now only allows 20 items, they then should put enough cashiers on duty! We were there Wednesday and 2 cashiers were open and the ppl in those lines had their baskets full we had ice cream!!! we asked for more cashiers but when they opened up (1) more, a fight almost broke out because a man passing by tried to go in before the ppl that were waiting- we do not need this in our lives . We r also sorry SR lost $$ at self checkout that ruined it for everyone!!!

1 star for the deli appy department. I order online to pickup in store. For the longest time I had good experience. Lately they are lousy. Starting debating if I should go somewhere else. They would not do a lot of orders that I put thru. Every so often it gets done. Today 4/22/24 tops it off to where I'm not getting anything at this shop rite location for deli dept. I go get my order and theres no order. Just the bag with my name on it without an order inside. Someone clearly messed up.

I shop at the Hamilton ShopRite every week I always fine they have fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh meats and I always always find everything I need and they always have good sales.

Sunday, the day before MLK Holiday and the possibility of snow, what was I thinking of doing grocery shopping! This place was crowded and crazy. The store was well stocked, and the shelves had staff replenishing items. The replenishing staff and their carts made getting through the isles even more packed. If I didn't need the items on my list for the week, I would have thought of leaving. This is the best place to shop in the area. So, I powered through and picked up what I needed. Next time, I will pick a different day and time to shop. The sale items and Can-can Sale were worth the trip!

Gavin the attendant at self check out was rude and unhelpful. He shouldn't be dealing one one one with customers. He was arrogant and should be doing something like stocking sells!!

I’m never the type to write a review ever in my life, but I did a curbside pick up we told them we were on our way told them when we got there and we waited almost 30 minutes and they still didn’t come outside, we ended up going inside and then they gave us the wrong order and forgot some of our order. The ladies were just laughing.
