On Sunday (10/15) they has an in store special of Dover Sole at half price. When fish person wrapped it, the price was not discounted. She said it will come off at the register. It didn't. When I went to customer service the employee spent an inordinate amount of time going through the circular even after I told her it wasn't in the circular. She said, "Well if it's not in the circular, then I have to go all the way back there and check."She came back and started processing my refund. It was wrong. The marked price was $14. She said I would get $6.50 back. I said half of $14 is $7, not $6.50. She had weighed the fish at customer service and it came out heavier than at the fish counter, so I had to pay the difference. Another worker came to intervene. We started over. She weighed the fish and agreed with first worker. I said the fact that their scales weren't calibrated didn't mean I should have to pay more. They charged me twice what they should have; I should get exactly half back. Blank stares. They couldn't comprehend. Again, "But I weighed it right here." Finally a "manager" (looked all of 18 or 19 years old)came over. He gave me the proper refund. The whole process took at least 15 minutes.I told the manager the bigger problem was that the fish wasn't ringing up at half price. He said. "Yeah, they don't have the right stickers, so the discount doesn't come up." I said wouldn't people get mad when they got home and saw they were overcharged. Blank stare again. When I got home I checked my receipt and saw that I had been overcharged for chicken stock as well.

I have patronized this shoprite for nearly 10 years since moving to the area. I have had ZERO issues at this grocer in all of that time. The past two months, there is a new manager or cashier manager there? Not sure, but I have never seen her or encountered her. Her name is Natalia. The first incident was when I needed to return diapers that my baby had outgrown. They were unopened and brand new. They also had the shoprite PAID sticker present on the box. She refused to return them, and the attitude she gave to me, and the questioning I had to endure was far from "Good Customer Service". The second incident occurred today.. I like to get coupons for the items we use the most frequently at our home. I have always paired them with digital coupons shoprite offers and also deals happening at the store. NEVER have I been stopped or questioned or even told I couldn't do that. Today was different. The cashier requested authorization from a manager at the store for my coupons. No issue, as this is what usually happens. She came over and told me I couldn't use them. I told her I have never been told that and I have done it MULTIPLE times in the past. She caught that same attitude. I told her I wanted a manager to discuss this with.. She claimed she was the only manager who would want to deal with me??? WHO SAYS THAT? I told her I wouldn't be speaking with her I would gladly wait for a different manager. She went and called someone else. A very nice older woman who listened to me. She then authorized my coupons. I am deeply offended by this NATALIA. Karma is coming for you and your smart mouth. Customer service is not the job for you. Perhaps stocking things in the freezer...

Have used this pharmacy for years and have been very happy with their service. The online Rx management works very well, and once you use a GoodRx coupon they rembember it for fuure refills. And I just found out that they will give you a printout of your out of pocket Rx payments for your last year - great time saver at taxtime.

I do the bulk of my shopping at Shop Rite. Shop Rite has the lowest prices around. I went in today for just a couple of empty banana boxes and a produce staff member in training was friendly and accommodating.

ShopRite has taken over all the shelves with their own brands, making well-known brand ms scarce. There are unnamed brands of fruit and vegetables either turn rotten immediately or never ripened.. after 40 years shopping at ShopRite I am finally leaving them.

Just passing through town in search of a quick bite and stumbled upon the salad bar at ShopRite. Home Run! Fresh, quality food and a small, but clean eating area nearby. Separate cash register makes it super convenient. Clean restrooms too. Huge store in a gigantic shopping area with plenty of parking. We'll be back.

Must've been first timers luck ... got a parking space in the first row, and employees were attentive and knowledgeable. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so people elbow to freaking elbow was not a surprise ^

Nice young lady at checkout. As a traveller I was unaware that the township had outlawed grocery bags (which is fantastic) but she was kind and helpful, which you expect, but do not always find.

The FISH department is the worst I've ever seen! The staff is rude and I refuse to spend my money there anymore. Actually, I found out that the woman who was rude to me was the manager of the fish department! She needs to be retrained. She acted as if she was doing me a favor when I asked about the salted codfish and salmon. The Manager of Shoprite called me. He was very nice. He apologized for her behavior and the negative experience. Too late, unacceptable.

I had three negative experiences in this ShopRite. First of all, the restrooms are located upstairs. I pity the elderly or handicapped person who has to use them. Also, two staff members were quite rude to me -- a checker and a stocker. If I can help it, I will avoid this ShopRite in the future.

This isn't one of the more well travelled Shoprite's. The population density in the surrounding area is not as high which makes the experience a little more enjoyable. Contrast this experience with other Shoprite's nearby and the others are a little more congested, both within the store and in the parking lot. I've never used any of the counter help, seafood, meat, or bakery, so I can't vouch for the freshness but what they have wrapped up at the meat and bakery counters always seems fresh. Maybe my impression is skewed because I generally visiting during off hours. But even during off hours, I'm never hampered with staff blocking aisles to restock shelves and yet they always seem to have most items in stock and on the shelf. The pandemic understandably affords them a reason to slip here but they do a good job here keeping stock rotated. Lastly there always seems to be enough staff to checkout, even during the recent holidays when I made a large purchase for a local donation to a food bank. They also recently installed two new rows of self checkout which means I never have to wait for a register in the evenings.

What can I say another shoprite, another nightmare. Parking lot is like destruction derby, Store has weird set up so everyone is on top of each other. Basically no breathing room between produce and bakery. it's too clustered and awkward to get around with Cart. Aisles are set up weird, not like other shoprites Navigation is difficult, prices are not where their supposed to be. There is so much stuff in middle of back of store one person and a cart are all that can get thru, of course if there are alot of people they run you over or stand in middle. ridiculous..It worked in a pinch, but not going back to that location anytime soon.

Worst experience thus far. This store has always been busy and it's usually fine. But with so many shoppers, they are not doing a great job managing lines and enforcing social distancing. There were customers with no masks and not wearing them properly. Aisles overcrowded and lines so long, that it took me 40 minutes to pay for my groceries. Instead of open new registers for the line flow, they're sitting around staring at customers in line. Time to shop at a different grocery store.
