My daughter wants to open an account at this location. The firts time it was Saturday and we were told Saturdays are appointment only and to came back another day or make and appointment.
The second time it was friday 45 minutes before closing and we were told it was not enough time to open an account, to came back monday or make an appointment.
Today May, 4 2024. We had an appointment, the person encharged said he didn't get the email, even doubt my daughter has the confirmation email. He refused to assist us, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said I am the team lead, no supervisor present. I tol this guy I don't want to talk to you, I want to talk to a supervisor and he ask us to leave the bank. He actually said "get out". A lady supposedly a assistant manager, offered to help. She wouldn't admit that this person's behavior was not acceptable and she couldn't not solved the issue. She only said come back monday to talk to a supervisor.
It is ashamed that they have employees with poor or no customer service relations knowledge.

Trying to open business and personal accountThey said business needs appointment I got it understand we coming back later when I start the personal the guy in “charge” Driss M just tell me please stop thronging the stuff and I said you can check out the cámaras and is because the desk is slippery as soon you drop something slide and he start to say is disrespectful so I said ask the supervisor to check out the cámaras that was not the way he Is saying and he said I am the supervisor like he has the power very unprofessional sad the banks has those type of people that cannot work and had sensitive feelings the. After 30 minutes he said systems is down and refuse to open an savings account even he didn’t ask for the services

I want to say...please appreciate people who go the distance for you. Thank you ?????? Driss M. Over at the Hamilton South Broad location. He really helped me with my account. ❣️Literally was almost scamed if it wasn't for Santander Fraud Department. But unfortunately this Department of Santander turn the tables and made me feel like I was the criminal. Very unprofessional to the point I broke down??. Never will I bank with a business that makes there customer feel like Sh*t!!!CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!I know fraud is hot right now. But not everyone is trying to fraud the banks. Everyone isn't lieing when they explain how things happen.Just be on the ups. Because theses scammers are smart. And I myself thought it couldn't happen to me!!!Well!!! It almost did!!My stars are for the professional way Mr. Driss helped me at this branch. ⭐️⭐️No stars for Santander Bank!!??

ATM was broken again; the branch was ill prepared for business. They refused to help me in the drive through for a deposit and withdrawal. Also, they took upon there selves to create policies that do not exists. This will be my first and last visit to this fiasco of a branch. Save yourself and avoid this location. Thank you for the runaround and attitude today; it was truly memorable. Good show, Santander!

The banker his name is Derick or something he’s very unprofessional he doesn’t respect, he should be working at seven eleven or something like that because the service that he gives is not from someone who loves costumer service. I will call to speak with the manager again.

Highly recommend Manuel Jaramillo. Very professional, outgoing and knowledgeable. He was able to open my Fiance and i our first mutual bank account in fast matter and also had good recommendations on what would work best for us while respecting our decisions.
