I usually don't write any reviews or post anything on any platform but I felt the need to do so because Denise Costa went the extra mile for me. After a long day and dealing with a lot of delays and mishaps at work she helped me replace a commercial vehicle on a policy and made it easy. She stayed after hours and made sure everything was correct. I appreciate her staying and helping me for as long as she did.

Brian Livesey from Rue Insurance did a fantastic teaching session on OSHA training. He did an amazing job on explaining all the safety protocols that should be in place at any work environment.

Mr. Livesey from Rue Insurance was one of the best OSHA Instructors, I've ever had the Privilege of Learning from. He explained things thoroughly and in layman's terms. It was a great class.I recommend This class for anyone who wants to get their OSHA Certification

Rue Insurance is great to deal with and quick in responding to our needs. The team at Everclear Pools & Spas, Paterson NJ did the Osha 10 Training with Brian Livesay. Brian was an amazing trainer who took the time to explain different safety scenarios and answered all our questions. Brian also kept the class interesting by making the lesson interactive. Great job Brian and keep up the great work!

Brian Livesey was a great OSHA instructor. I have attempted to get the OSHA certification online, but it was bland, dull, and outdated (by decades). On the other hand, Brian delivered the class promptly and entirely with enthusiasm. He shared examples and encouraged others to share, which made the course more fun and relatable. I highly recommend if you are looking to get certified, I believe they offer other courses as well, such as the defensive driving. Great experience, thanks!

We have been very happy with the services our organization has received through Rue Insurance. It came highly recommended from another nonprofit in the area. They really have gone above and beyond to find us the best coverage. Denise Costa there is awesome!

Our firm has used Rue since the 1960's. A long time. Recently I used Robert P to quote a quote on my auto, home and umbrella policy. Robert spent a lot of time with on the phone. He had excellent suggestions and was very patient and knowledgeable. Based upon his review of my old policies I was able to save literally thousands on a new and better policy than my old insurer. As a long time CPA I am careful who I deal with. I would highly recommend Robert P and Rue Insurance for all personal and business insurance needs.

For the past 5 years or so I have worked with Rue Insurance, specifically Sarah Dietz & Robert Herrmann, on a client's insurance program, . They have always been very responsive and thorough in explaining the various exposures and alternatives for coverage. As a result of the the acquisition of the client by another company, the program has been moved. That has not impacted the high level of service as we wind down the coverages. They continue to be as responsive as ever providing guidance, always with the client interest in mind.It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rue and in particular Sarah & Robert.
