The gentleman David is very knowledgeable and he knows what he’s doing. The rest of the staff is a bunch of college kids that took like a two week training course overall OK but could be better.

Terrible, do not get service from this company. They are extremely rude. They serviced my family member, and did everything wrong and their attitude is just condescending. Don't waste your time or money.

If I could give this zero stars I would.They are horrible, pompous and arrogant but then again, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and go to a more professional place!

Horrible! Owner is arrogant and pompous. When I called in June to verify if my deceased Mother's taxes were filed Brad ****** said it was still pending. Made me forward my papers to prove I was executrix even though I signed for everything to be submitted in Feb. Gave me the run around and after initially telling me it was pending then told me everything was already submitted after I said I needed the information because the estate was in attorney review. He was very obnoxious when speaking to him on the phone but professional when leaving a voice mail because voice mails are fact and direct conversations are "he said, she said".
