They said they fixed the recall, but does not seem like that - as the popup keeps coming about the recall. I have sent messages and screen shot to them, and they have not replied at all. Not even an acknowledgement :-).

Not happy with overall experience, where video and cost estimate was sent for certain amount and final invoice+ tax is different. Vehicle pick up was mentioned by 6 PM, however the relevant service rep was not available to discuss the difference. The available Service rep had no background and suggested me to come next day for vehicle pick up ! I didn't have loaner car, hence I had to request for a ride for my pick up, yet I was suggested to come next day. It speaks a lot about the quality of service and empathy towards the customer

My salesperson, Justina, went above and beyond to make sure that I had a smooth purchasing process and she genuinely cares about her customers. After spending over 7 hours at the dealership, Justina maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout, while making sure I got the best deal possible. By the time the purchase was made, it was an hour after closing, but Justina still took the time to sit with me in the car to make sure I was able to connect my phone to Bluetooth and understand the different controls.I will only be purchasing cars through Justina from now on and will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Very friendly atmosphere. Awesome customer service, sales person Chris Miranda is very knowledgeable. He helped us from the beginning to an end. Absolutely smooth transaction without hiccups and wasted time. Came in, completed paperwork and done. Chris also helped me with detailed explanation of how to operate my new vehicle, what most of the options means and helped me set up BMW application and mostly important helped me paired that app with my car. Thank you Chris Miranda again for my new ride. I love my new car!

My salesperson, Justina was so warm, compatible, and informed that I felt immediately comfortable working with her. She encouraged questions and comparisons I had with a new Mercedes vs the BMW. After we arrived at the decision to purchase a new 330iX, she continued to avidly pursue the desired vehicle until it was procured - 3 weeks later!When I arrived to pick up the car, Justina had arranged a "red, reveal!" which was unforgettable as she videotaped it. I, of course, shared it with all my friends who were equally impressed!Justina also sat with me in the beautiful new car and patiently explained everything, which took about 45 minutes! She has encouraged me to phone, text, or return to the dealership with any further questions or concerns.Eric also was so very personable as he guided me through the maze of warranties available.I will never cease being impressed with the excellent attention to detail at Holman BMW!

Steven was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right model, and make color and package decisions. Will definitely recommend him to others. Brandon was also great. He got me a great deal for my trade in and made sure my first BMW experience was a good one. Even the receptionist was friendly. Really happy with my decision.

My sales person Justina with whom I first spoke to on the phone came in on her day off when I said I wanted to come in "tomorrow" to look at a car I saw on the internet. She was easy to work with and patiently walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I really appreciated that. The sales manager was also quite gracious in making sure I was comfortable with "the deal" and the finance manager likewise was polite and straightforward. I highly recommend Princeton BMW if you are looking for a good deal and good people!

My experience at Princeton BMW was very nice for the most part. Ryan from the store showed cars to me, explained technical features properly and let me test drive the ones I wanted to try. Even when it did not look like I would ultimately buy from here, he provided the best service. Really appreciate that. Kamal took over and he continued providing great service showing different models, helping me switch to the right type of car considering the family needs and explaining the features. Highly appreciate his help as well. Eric, the finance manager was friendly and genuinely helpful.The issue that I am having now is only that the flaws that were supposed to be gone by the time the car was handed over to me are still there.Years before, I had similar issues when I purchased cars from Toyota and next from Mazda here in New Jersey. In both cases, the dealers went above and beyond to resolve the issues. I am hoping that Princeton BMW will do even better to resolve the issues I am having. Once they resolve it I will add the two remaining stars right away.Update:Princeton BMW has taken care of more than half of the issues I had already by now. They have scheduled appointment to fix the one remaining issue. I totally trust that they will fix it properly. I am realizing that they are professional and are serious in providing 100% satisfactory service to their customers. They deserve nothing less than a five star rating.

Gregor made the experience buying my first car super smooth. He was very helpful and responsive, answered all of my questions, guided me through the test drive as well as helped me learn everything I could about the car and all of my options and how to get the buying process started and finished. Tyler was also a great help in helping me understanding next steps financially as well as help me feel comfortable in financing my first BMW and my first car ever. Definitely a great experience for sure.

Greeters were very friendly. Service agent (Dante) explained everything in detail. Also took me in to meet the service tech (Bill) who showed me the work to be done, explained why and my alternatives, and offered to service my 2003 540i every time I come in. Also, Elliot was helpful in arranging a rental when my car had to stay over the weekend for unforeseen repairs. Great team effort.

Evan, the client advisor who helped us, was great. He was very personable and made the experience fun and hassle-free. Was having an issue with leaking coolant from my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off the night before with service scheduled for 8:30 the following day. 2 hours later (1030ish) I receive a video from the maintenance tech explaining my issue and the way ahead followed by a phone call a few minutes later. I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I own 7 high end luxury cars. Justina and Steven were absolutely amazing and very helpful in every way possible. Also Eric in finance was extremely easy to work and was very helpful and knowledgeable.... Everyone involved made the process go much smoother than I had anticipated . I was in and out with in know time. I was also notified that my problems had still been under warranty so my work was free. I will be using this dealership as my home dealer for now on. The staff was also very helpful and respectful and made you feel welcome.
