Downtown Trenton branch told me they lied when I went to close my accounts there. Go to downtown Trenton instead.

Did anyone fire that racist manager yet ? She should not be working with people. She treats you like a criminal unless you look a certain way and makes false promises. Pnc would benefit firing this lady this location used to be my favorite until she arrived. PNC PLEASE REMOVE HER. If she’s so scared of Trenton/Hamilton she’s not the right one for the job.. I’m a simple person who works hard for my money sorry if I don’t look top notch. I swear she gives pnc a bad name

I was treated like a common criminal while attempting to make a withdrawal from my own bank account and the branch manager LETONYA MEYERS suggested that I should close my account with PNC which I did.

Terrible customer service. I have been with PNC for years. I have always received top notch customer service at every other PNC branch, except this one. I will not return to this branch. Miserable and rude teller. She cut me off, so instead of arguing I said, no ans yes ma'am and left knowing I will not return. Nobody greeted me, no smile. Awful!
