Did not have enough bankers for the customers. My group or customers was told if we didn't like it we can go to another branch.

The staff rarely greets with a smile. On a positive note, banker Erick is doing well. However, Maryana,the manager's attire seems inappropriate for a professional setting, she is a total mess either found vaping outside on phone wearing her club clothing and rude behavior or laughing out loud. It's disappointing, and I feel uncomfortable visiting this branch with such unprofessional behavior. It’s a shame that PNC doesn’t take all these reviews into consideration. I am very close to moving my accounts.

The worst banking experience in my 22 years living in the US. These people colluded with my ex-wife and took me out of my bank account, with me being the account holder. How can something like this happen in this country? So I no longer had access to MY money. But it happens! I was married to an American citizen, in the process of my legalization. My ex-wife turned out to be a narsicistic abuser. Today I am a legal resident of the United States of America thanks to the VAWA act benefits. This bank partners with criminals to take away the rights of hardworking and honest people like me. PNC Shame Bank.

The teller and manager PNC Hamilton Marketplace are both nasty. I've been getting dollar coins for over two years for my vending machine business, but on my last visit the manager told me "they don't keep dollar coins." Further, they said they couldn't order any for me. The people at PNC Bordentown were more than happy to order the coins for me.

3200 wasTaken out of my account my card got hacked online somehow. Along with multiple other transactions I found. I contacted the bank right away and went in and went over all the transactions for hours and we disputed them. The bank put the money back into my account which was overt 4500 altogether and all of a sudden today they decided to take the money back without notice and left three cents in my account and dipped into my savings to take the rest. I do not trust this bank whatsoever anymore with my money I was a loyal customer for over 23 years !! No to find a good Financial lawyer.

Two stars for everyone else who works here because they have all been kind, except for the manager. She’s a blonde woman who every time I’ve been in the branch I’ve heard speak to myself and other people in an extremely condescending way.

Worst service in Hamilton. I've been trying to close my account for 2 months because it was compromised. Spoke with a Richard and a Christine who are not suited for their current positions they hold. I didn't feel welcomed and did not receive service which is more important. Went to the office 3-4 times to close the account but still am receiving $15 charge. Complete circus being ran in that location. I hope in the future they do better. The front desk bankers are polite and helpful but for those in the offices, lazy, entitled and give the office a bad name.

The staff is always friendly and nice. I've never had a bad experience in my 8+ years of using this branch. I love PNC as a bank and enjoy all the benefits of being a customer.

Went there to open a simple savings account for my son. Told the manager who was opening the account that we did not have much time. They then spent the next 15 minutes trying to get us to open multiple savings accounts for my son.
While he had many reasons why a 16 year old would need 3-4 savings accounts for his biweekly part time income check.. the truth is he had a quota to fill and didn't listen to a word i was saying.
Very awkward experience. I felt like I was buying a used car. When I have time, we will be moving away from PNC.. not a great feeling when you don't trust the people handling your money.
