This is a bad company. I have bought a lot of jewelry and never had a problem until I bought an earring. It was lost and I can see in the photo that a UPS package is missing. It is the photo and I have been trying to contact the company for over a month and every time I spend hours on the phone and manage to get in touch with them they tell me to wait 10 days. This is the 3rd time I have waited 10 days for them to tell me again that they have closed the case and have not resolved it. I don't understand if you have proof of the UPS photo and tracking numbers and it shows that a package is missing, what is the problem? It is a shame that they are shameless how they play with their customers.

I recommend coming to Banter! I enjoyed my experience shopping with the stylists here at the Hamilton Mall. I received the best care and support from Lori , Zionayra, and Karen. They made my shopping experience a dream come true. Even when my order had some complications they worked extremely hard to resolve it in the best way possible. Everything was a success! Thank God!! I will be back!

Did a great job with the ear piercing but the girl at the desk was rude, and too worried about her hair then explaining anything and tried charging a warranty we didn't want...also forgot to give back our license and by the time we were in atlantic city and realized we had to drive all the way back for them...maybe try hiring people who actually care about their job.3 days after getting ear piercing and the jewelry broke, diamond fell out.this place is over priced and has poorly made jewelry...

The young ladies did excellent while the computers took over 30 minutes to work properly in order to process the sales transaction. I’m a Banter card holder for the last three years every time I stop in the employee experience is wonderful but your registers are out dated. The employees spend more time apologizing for the system than the actual time it takes to pick an item. I spent almost an hr while waiting for the system to work and systems been rebooted. Hamilton Mall Mays Landing NJ. I’m still currently here while writing this review.

Shady business practices! Go elsewhere.Had to get my daughters ear pierced again from closing up. Brought the original gold earring to match. After the employee matched our earring she put our old earring in a bag and put it in her desk acting like nothing happened. When asked for our earring back she says that she is going to keep it to be melted down because it’s damaged. The earring had no damage. When we demanded it back she acted as if it was us being weird and not her. Seemed as if that is the normal practice there and they hope you don’t say anything.

Robinetta Johnson is the best! She was very professional and kind and patient with my daughter. I went to one other jewelry stand to get some earnings and didn't feel like I was a valued customer. Which is very disappointing. Robinette was willing to help my daughter and make sure we had a great experience.

My 5 yo daughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. She was determined but also extremely scared. She did a lot of crying and going back and forth but in the end she got it done. Robinetta was the lucky piercer on duty. She was so patient and understanding. She made my daughter feel comfortable. I couldn’t thank her enough.
