This place will soon be closed and going out of business. They have only one person working between the dressing room, the floor, and the cashier. I brought back a pair of jeans that my daughter bought on May 20th. She was going to wear them that last week so she took the tag off, but when she put on the pants were literally falling off of her so she put on a different pair of jeans. We tried to return them at PacSun in Oxford Valley last Tuesday, but found out it was closed. I brought them with me to the shore and discovered that there is a PacSun in Hamilton Mall, so I brought in to exchange for the next size down. The young girl at the register told me the same thing, that it looked like they were washed. NO, they weren't, and as if she would know the difference. Needless to say, it cost me an extra 20 minutes on chat to process a return and it cost PacSun another $10 to send me a return label.

The management at this store is laughable. They refused to take back a defective pair of pants and accused me of causing the damage. I had the receipt just wanted to exchange for pants that didn’t have a broken zipper. Sounds simple to me but because I removed the tags before realizing the zipper was broken they wouldn’t let me exchange them. The acting manager and manager more than once insinuated that I must have broken the zipper. Will never ever buy anything ever from PacSun

They lost a lot of money from us today because they wouldn't allow my daughter to try clothes on. She tried the day before and was told no. Took her back because of course what she bought didn't fit. Thought maybe with all the people working today it wouldn't be an issue. Nope the girl said no again. Personally I think the clothes are over priced and don't hold up well, but my daughter likes their brand. While I'll still buy PacSun clothes, we will not return to this specific location again.

Staff was nice. Store was clean. The mall is like a ghost town. A lot of the other stores are closed down or will be soon.

This is the worst store with the absolute WORST customer service. The store manager is a disgrace. I honestly don't even know how that filthy store is still open.

Staff were all huddled at the register chatting & on their cell phones & when I approached with a question about their denim the girl responded with "ugh what", this store needs to just clean house & implement a new staff & quickly. Lost a large sale to Abercrombie :)

Adorable clothes, unfortunate that the workers were so rude. I do not appreciate being watched through a mirror as my friend is trying clothes on. Completely unprofessional, I am appalled. After purchasing the clothes, we were given multiple dirty looks. I have never experienced something like this in retail in all my life, very disappointed.

I stopped in today with my teenage niece, the young woman (Jessica) who was working seemed to be by herself but was able to manage the busy store on her own. She was very polite and made sure our purchases were discounted properly prior to us paying. We left the store extremely happy because we got a few great deals!

Young woman who manages the Mays Landing store needs a lesson in customer service! Condescending and arrogant - I will never shop here again and by the looks of the empty store they can't exactly stand to lose the business!
