My nails were done and the French tip was uneven on every nail so i asked for them to be fixed.How do you mess up a French tip ? Basic styles and the techs there cannot do itThis place does not take requesting correction well. I asked to get my nails repainted and you could tell that the tech at the front was visibly upset she made me wait an extended period of time. With no confirmation of who will be fixing my nail. This shop acts as if they operate solely on appointments but made 2 people go before me. No overall i was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here.Being overpriced for sub par work is unacceptable

LOVED Nu Nu Nails! Tim is so amazing. I've been searching the area for the perfect nail spot for such a long time. I'm happy to say I finally found that place! Tim was so gentle and knew exactly how I wanted my nails shaped. He did an amazing job. Can't wait to be back!

Well I give 1 start bk of the way things went. 1st I got quite by the guy there $20 for regular manicure. But in their we b page is $18 After I waited for him I told him that I need it him to clean my nails really good. He just got up and told someone else to deal with me and left to the other asian lady. At that point I was already in no and I didn't want to get their service. Fortunately it was a nice young lady there and I told her how dissatisfied I was with the treatment. I ask her I need someone that Really clean my nails properly, them she mention Rosa. And let me tell you. What a Great work she did. She made my nails look great. Perfectly Done. I Highly recommend her. Rosa deserves 5 ?

First time I came a lady painted the wrong color but was nice enough to remove it so another could be applied, my daughter got a full set and my set I gotten at another place was fix properly! Today is my second time coming and the same lady was nice enough to not charge my daughter for a nail removal being that the way my daughter nail broke (from being a tomboy) if she was to get a refill the nail would not look nice. She took her time and made my daughter feel comfortable. The lady sits in the first chair!Service: Acrylic nails

This place is such a disappointment. My cousin went for a soak off, and they were so ROUGH with her nails they ended up splitting her REAL nail in half and the guy doing her nails didn’t even say anything as she was telling him about it, he actually walked away from her and started working on someone else’s nails. As soon as she complained about her nail splitting in half he started to speak in his language and just completely ignored her. This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star, get your professionalism and customer service tf right.Service: Acrylic nails

I visited this salon one time & it was great, I thought I found my new spot, until I went today. I got a French pedicure and I noticed on one big toe the line was bigger than the other and one was more curved and the other straight, I asked if she could fix one of them to match the other and she huffed at me and started filing into the sides of my nail messing up the shape and filing it down messing up my length when I specifically said I didn’t want them short and I wanted them square. I just left bc she obviously wasn’t gonna fix it for me, when I told her twice what the problem was. I’m just annoyed now because I have to regrow out my toe due to the filing into the sides and they’re even more uneven because one is square shape one is almost coffin ish . The first time I went tho the lady was very kind and asked me about water temperature, pressure while massaging, and if I liked the line for my French. She was VERY professional with me.But whoever I had today for the design made me change my mind about this salon. Also one of the workers took a phone call with his feet out and kicked up in the pedicure chair next to me. Moral of the story I’m not going back.Services: Foot massages

Came to my scheduled appointment on time. Waited 15 mintues and I requested to reschedule since the nail tech wasn't ready. The woman at the front tells me the nail tech is eating and that if I leave they'll charge my card for 50% of the services that I was suppose to receive. She further explains that the nail tech is hungry and wouldn't I rather him do my nails on a full stomach. Horrible customer service. I'm not sure how much longer I would have had to wait for him to finish eating but I thought that was incredibly unprofessional. The placed was packed so apparently they overbook clients. Won't be going back and I will definitely be on the lookout to ensure they did not charge my card.

Therefore it was not considered one big party under one bill… ma’am play with someone else not me. Regardless of the made up appointment setting rules that has never been done until today. We decline your services. FYI… my sis in law has always set appointments for everyone together in the past and has never been charged a scheduling fee. Repeating my first statement! Today my sister in law that has been a customer here for years called to make an appointment for a group of us that are getting ready to go on vacation, she was then told by the employee that she had to put a $75 deposit down before she could schedule any appointments. She explained that everyone that was coming to the salon was on separate bills so she couldn’t pay a deposit. The employee proceeded to tell her that everyone needed to call to schedule an appointment and then put a card on file before scheduling. This is something I have never heard requested before. I’m disgusted. Who treats a long time customer that has been going and spending more that $100 dollars per appointment like this. Our appointments will be cancelled and I will never give them any more of my business.Services: Gel manicures

im rating one star because ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years i even stayed with them when the old owner nunu sold to the new owners never pay anything less than 100 for any service from them. stuck with them through nail mishaps/mistakes and very bad customer service because I’m a loyal person, but as for today I’m taking my business somewhere else. I have been geting my nails done since i was 15 and i have never heard or seen any shop do things the way this shop is doing under the new owner SMH… the requirement to have a girls day and spoil our self is just to much with this salon ladys and on top of that the prices is not IT honestly.. 15% of the total price for a large group when in our text message i kindly told the employee that my group was paying separately and that I did not feel comfortable putting a card on file online and that cash app was not available for me, but it did not matter it was either call everyone in my group and tell them to call or text to make the appointment underneath my name and put their card on file or cancel my appointment so yeah, I decided to cancelServices: Manicure

When I asked how much each of my services were separately, what seemed as the owner got a attitude and rudely told me what it was like I was stupid. And when I wanted to use my card she seemed mad I didn’t want to pay in cash. My pedicure was a total of 15 minutes and my nails are all different shapes and had to go home and reshape them. And I still tipped 20percent so it’s not about money but the quality of service.

I stopped in to simply take off my nails. Normally each finger is wrapped in foil with a cotton ball soaked in acetone. I waited 30 minutes for them to hand me a bowl of acetone. No one helped me at all and I took them off myself. I will never return here. She had the audacity to charge me $10 after I could have done this myself at home.

I got my nails done here and within 1 week they were lifting really bad. I went in today and they told me I would have to come back on Friday for the person to fix them. I let them know I have to work Friday and my nails will not make it until Friday one has already come off, so they tell me if I pay $40 I can get them fixed…WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? I have to pay to fix what I’ve already paid for? I will never come back here again.Services: Pedicure

The owner is very professional and they treat regular consistent customers with the most priority. The nail technicians listen to your request and try hard to exceed your expectations. I will always have my nails done at Nu Nu unless they are closed during the Holiday season.Services: Pedicure
