“My daughter and I just left the bank and I can honestly say the level of customer service and the personal attention from Ani was beyond exceptional! From the first greeting hello until she walked us out the door was excellent! We had a lot of things to maneuver around and the patience and assistance she showed could not have been better. The coworker next to her was also very pleasant and was just as helpful and patient with her customers from what I could see. I wish I got her name as well so I could compliment her by name. Overall the quality of customer service, attention and personal experience Ani exhibited was very impressive. Thank you for 5 star service!”

The only down fall is the ATM in Atlantic city you can't access the machine do to the card reader won't open. This is very upsetting. When this issue acquires if forces me to use sources other then Oceanfirst.”
