Staff was great!! however the place smells like urine, the bedding supplies around the nursing station is a complete mess, very unkempt. Just gives a depressing vibe. Would not recommend.

I recently visited the rehab center/nursing home, and I have some feedback regarding the cleanliness of the facility. The shared bathrooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning to ensure a hygienic environment for all patients. It's essential to provide disinfectants like Lysol for patients to use, promoting personal cleanliness. Additionally, regular mopping of the floors would enhance the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. These improvements would greatly contribute to the well-being of the residents and the overall quality of care

For the short time that I worked there (through an agency) I liked it. My coworkers were nice and the staff to patient ratio was A+.

The food is not good, they don’t have 4x diapers or to many big gowns they don’t have sheets to fit a big bed some times housekeeping don’t come in and clean the room

Complete Care is exactly what it is at Mercerville!!! Mordy is very helpful! Jennifer is amazing!! I have never seen a manager, Jennifer goes above and beyond! i could call her on a weekend and she answers! No questions are stupid!! I really appreciate her and how she leads her team!! Caring starts from the top!!! This is a difficult job and you can tell her team cares! Danielle the social worker. Ginnie the unit manager, the therapy department are all outstanding!!! always a special place in my family’s heart!! Thank you

I am here for rehab for my shoulder and I'm very happy with the way everything is working out. If you need to speak with anyone good or a problem .Moshe the Director has made every step a blessing so I would suggest asking for him.

If I had to give this place a zero rating, I would. This is the most pathetic and depressing place EVER!!! Let alone, their nursing staff and unprofessionalism with very bad attitude.. they don’t even keep a good hygiene in their facility!!! The staff is completely disorganized and have no sense of planning, and never respond or acknowledge to my emails with the exception of their social worker.. Don't waste your time and run….if you really love your loved one, this is NOT the place for him/her!!!

I came in as agency staff to help this pathetic place. As soon as I walked in for my shift the smell smacked me right in the face. The staff had very bad attitudes and they were super unorganized. They made us (agency staff) sit at a desk in the corner to wait for assignments we didn't get until 8am. A WHOLE HOUR AFTER THE SHIFT START! One of the agency nurses ended up walking out because of how rude and unorganized this place is. I wish I would've did the same but I didn't want to neglect the residents so I stayed and tried my best to stay positive and get through it. We didn't have a lunch break and at 2:15 when we FINALLY got to sit down the director of activities came down the hall yelling at us about us sitting where we were told we could sit and about us being on our phones and about how I was eating a bag of chips. I told her nobody told or showed us the break room she rolled her eyes and said "well I can show you" and walked away. EXTREMELY rude! Didn't introduce herself or anything. Literally just walked up to us raising her voice and telling us she didn't care if we decided to come back because she had already text "Jen" with our names. Then proceeded to go talk about us to one of the nurses. She was taking pictures of residents (pictures with no clothes on) on her personal phone and sending them around. The supervisor had no idea it was a issue and apologized to us. She was the only nice one. She said the lady should've told her if she had any issues and she would've addressed it but she shouldn't have ever approached us. As far as care for the residents I had 12-15 people and about 10 of them were full bed changes. They were left in terrible conditions from the last shift. Bodily fluids HEAD TO TOE!! Between the rudeness and dirtiness of this facility I have decided not to ever come back and help them with staffing needs. I emailed my facility and added them on my DNR list. I wouldn't recommend anyone putting their dog in here let alone their love one. This place needs to be shut down!

Not nice at all. Rooms smell. They have terminally ill patients mixed in with patients that only need rehab. The patients that are terminally ill and have Sun down syndrome keep normal patients up all night SCREAMING..

My father was in there, I was not happy with the proper care he received. I was never notified of his declining health, although he was 93 by any doctor, therefore I wasn't there when he passed this past Dec. I didn't want him to be alone, and I should have been kept aware.

Smells, poor care, ignores patients. I am an RN and would never send my mother there.Response to your response.Your facility treated my client very poorly while there. I would never recommend your facility.

Staff is great! I love the nurses, pt staff, ot staff, administration, social worker, and Drs. I have nothing bad to stay. They have been very accomodation and helpful. Facilities are in need of an update but potentially fine for the age group they serve.

The staff were coperative every one was willing to answer my questions if I needed help. And very encouraging too!! I felt welcomed and do what I had to I definitely would be booking more shift!
