Went to Mattress Firm several times and finally made a selection. Rich was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He never tried to upsell or push us into anything. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure we were 100% comfortable with our selection. He made sure we tested all of the mattresses until we were satisfied. I would definitely go back and recommend Mattress Frim based on our experience with Rich and his outstanding customer service.

Mattress firm has done an excellent job With helping me, choose The mattress I wanted and needed from start to finish, including allowing me to go and check in one of the stores for the mattress that was purchased where I could try it out to make sure it was the right one for me. Good job.

Rich was amazing! If I could give him 100 stars I would. Very energetic, had a great sense of humor and super helpful in finding me a tempur-pedic mattress along with a pillow and other essential items. If I ever need a mattress again I’m definitely going to see Rich! Thanks again Rich for all of your help, you were great and I’m really happy with my purchase!

Well, I had 20 minutes in between visiting with my father and getting my nails done, so I decided to stop in the sleepy to look at mattresses. I walked in and met Frederick would a nice gentleman. I told him that I have a very bad back and I haven’t slept in days started with the Tempur-pedic. It was a very good mattress, but I said Frederick I went the best and I ended up with a Beautyrest black what a beautiful mattress can’t wait to get it. Thanks again, Frederick.

Frank made it a very pleasant experience. My son and myself walked into the store and in no time Frank was there to help. He showed us what we were asking for and had us try not the ones we liked. He explained everything about the mattresses which made it easy to decide which we wanted. In no time we made up our minds and made a purchase. I would and will refer anyone looking for a mattress to Mattress Firm and to Frank.
