My wife, kid and I spent almost 2 hours testing every single mattress in the store finding the one that fits our needs and preferences perfectly. Nicolas was amazing in explaining the intricate details about every brand with pros and cons. The checkout was quite convenient too and we left the store with the hopefully the right choice that perfectly fits our budget and liking.

Went to Mattress Firm in Hamilton and I was lucky enough to work with Joe. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and didn't rush me to make a decision. I would highly recommend speaking with Joe if you're looking for a mattress.

Nicolas at the marketplace store was outstanding! Extremely knowledgable and helpful. He walked us around the store and made sure we knew the available options and packages. He made our experience as pleasant as can be. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop for their mattress there.

Rich Campbell is a self-absorbed, uncaring customer service representative. I had to call him several times after he failed to contact me about my mattress purchase. He also promised to call me about box springs and that didn't happen either. The store is empty and so is his suit. You will do most of the work at this store. Buyer beware!

Mia from Hamilton was awesome, super knowledgeable and guided us through comparable beds based on what we were looking for. She was not pushy but extremely accommodating with recommendations and options. Made it an easy decision.
Ray from the warehouse (3 miles away) was extremely helpful, even explained the process of opening and letting the bed fully expand. Helped bring the mattress directly to the vehicle and was a fast process.
Was a great experience from purchase to pickup.
