Yesterday when I visited the store I was rather impressed with the 2 sales staff, Brock and Keon who worked together to get me what I needed.They clearly explained the different laminates are offered – they made great suggestions – and I left with a car full of all the flooring that I needed.Also I didn’t know that LL sold base molding – but now I will be getting several hundred feet next week of the 5.25 inch trim.Unlike the big box stores – the sales help is informed, helpful and overall, a pleasure to work with.Brock and Keon are true assets to your company!

I recently got my living room carpet replaced to a beautiful laminate floor using LL Flooring. The price was lower than my other 3 quotes. Throughout the process communicating with LL Flooring was very professional with prompt responses to my questions. The installer navigated/moved pianos which was very impressive. I am so happy with the outstanding job. My new floor looks amazing!

Floor was beautiful. Contractor installed perfect. After a year floor stated budging and coming up. Contractor came back 5 times to fix. Happened again he said to reach out to LL because he has never seen this before and the floor must have a defect. reached out we filed out the questions send in pictures. Said some one would get back to us in a few days. Never heard from them. Kept reaching out said they will follow up. I ask to escalate it they said they will. Still have not heard back. it's been almost a month. I guess they don't stand behind their products

First, the flooring is beautiful. We waited a few months and, for the most part, it was worth it. The lack of stars comes from the people who they sent to install. They took a box of damaged flooring and placed it right in the middle of the entryway/ dining room. It appears to be water damaged. They then put the leftover 8 boxes of surplus on top of it, concealing it. After they left, we moved the boxes ( not easy, my husband is 74 years old) and saw the bad boards in the middle of the floor. That was last month. We are still waiting for LL to send someone over to fix. Hell, we are still waiting for a call back. With the holidays coming, we are very disappointed. $15K was a lot to save for this.
