Walked in with my family to get shoes, both employees looked right at me never said hello or anything. Not one customer in store but we couldn’t get any help. Went to foot locker instead. Was greeted right away & found shoes for everyone

I love shopping here. Matt and Tim are absolutely wonderful. They always go out of their way to help me find what I came in for. I would rather drive in and see them than order online.

I bought some Uggs for Christmas and they were the wrong size. I went back to the store on the 26th and approached the store manager Dallas. I told him I don’t have the receipt but I have a bank statement. Dallas told me no I cannot accept it. So I went home trying to find the receipt and called customer service and ANOTHER snipe who told me all he has to do is look up your receipt on the system(which she did on the phone in 4 Mins & what’s crazy is I had asked him about before I went home because I work at foot locker and we can do that ourselves)I went back and told him what they other Snipe members said and he came up with a million excuses like, “oh you know how many transactions I had” or “my electric journal was giving me issue last week so I don’t know if I will be able to find it”.Since I already knew he was lying due to the lady telling me all he had to type in was the amount and he could find the shoe easily.I told him that I knew exactly what time I came so he can look around that time(which I did).I told him to look around 3:00-3:30 and he was like “oh I don’t see any transactions” he then flipped the screen to try to show me that he wasn’t seeing anything… I don’t know if he thought I was lying when I told him I work in a shoe store myself so I told him to extend the time from 3-4PM and boom there it goes my receipt came right up. After embarrassingly getting caught red ended he flipped the screen back quickly. Didn’t say a word and gave me my refund back.Honestly, I don’t even like writing reviews but Dallas you should be ashamed of yourself

I was was extremely impressed with the arrive I received from Dallas. I was greeted within a minute of walking in. He asked if I needed help which I definitely did. It's overwhelming to see all of the different sneakers and with foot issues I have a few specifics. He was right on it. Very professional and new his products. I was done and out of there in under 10 minutes and I love my new sneakers

I really liked this place! It had a nice selection pf clothing! Orginized and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. I never thought sweatshirts and hoodies would be on the pricey side but these are not for average sweatshirts. It's a better quality material. I definitely buy here again in the future.

Organized and very clean however did not have the shoes that I intended to buy during my visit. It appears to me that they have not been able to restock as much as the company would like due to limited resources related to covid.
