I absolutely love this boutique. The dresses are gorgeous. The prices are affordable. The customer service is fabulous. My daughter has gotten several dresses here. Pretty much every friend we encouraged to visit has also ended up buying a dress as well.

For the past four years, we have made the hour drive to look at what they had for dances. They have never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need.

Customer service lady was rude. When we got the dress home it was obviously worn beforehand. The strap was torn & sequins were missing. Disappointing. No wonder all sales were final. Yuck.

Daughter tried on several prom dresses. They were very helpful, and offered great customer service. Of the two dress stores in the mall, this one would be our choice to buy from. The other store had terrible (woman degrading) music playing when we went in. I was shocked, and we promptly left.

I do not give out 5 star reviews. However, this place truly deserves this honor. Not only are the garments out standing but so is the service. A business is only as good as the people who serve the customer. These ladies care about what they do and show that in the way that they treat every person who walks through their doors. Fitting rooms and bling bling to cater to anyone that has a special occasion to attend from prom to brides to jewelry to shoes. This is the place to make you feel like the princess or Queen that you are.

This was my second time buying a dress for my daughter here. Both experiences were great. They have a great selection of dresses at great prices as well. They are very helpful and I never feel pressure when going in like other stores. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I will never go here again. I am size 18 curvy girl okay? I walked in and was browsing at dresses and found one and asked to try it on, immediately the lady looked at me with a shocked face, looked me up and down, and said “this will never fit you, it is going to be way too small. your too big for this dress. “ I was stunned. I told her “it’s my size and I would like to try it on” so she chuckled and said okay and let me try it on. SURE ENOUGH.. it fit perfectly. but after how rude she was , and adamant that it wouldn’t fit, I would never give them any money for anything. I felt very body shamed at this store and will not return here ever.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a dress 6 days ago that needed alterations which cost extra money. I found another dress and tried returning the dress I purchased from this boutique. I was told by the owner that I would be given store credit only for the dress. Receipts are sent by a text that includes a link. At the bottom of the receipt page there is a refund policy which states Karina Boutique will gladly refund original purchase price within 14 days of purchase. Even after showing the refund policy on the bottom of the receipt I was told that the refund policy ONLY applies to online orders. Absolutely no where on the refund policy at the bottom of my receipt (from my in store purchase) does it state that the refund policy was for ONLINE ONLY. The store refund policy that is in a picture frame at the counter in the store states a different refund policy in which an exchange or store credit are given. Not sure why there are different refund policies for online versus in store. Especially when the receipt that you are given for an in store purchase is an online order? They’ll gladly take your money but WILL NOT give it back to you. Now I have a store credit to this boutique that I will never use. But lucky for me it NEVER expires!

Karina Boutique is a female owned, exquisite dress and accessory shop, that offers great prices and attentive customer service. I love supporting local small businesses especially when the product selection is beautiful! A perfect place to shop for Weddings, proms, quinceaneras, pagents, date nights, funerals, photoshoots and just about any special event that promotes getting dressed in your best! I always feel acknowledged and beautiful in her gorgeous dressing room area and She never fails at hand selecting flattering dresses for y bday type and the perfect accessories to compliment the look. Beauty isn't just about how we look but also how we feel, and at Karina Boutique I feel like royalty every time. I highly recommend this store and respect the store policy's.
