I had a wonderful experience at this bank.Vanessa was a huge help to us. Someone stole my identity and I had no idea where to begin. She straightened everything out and we felt so much better. Thanks Vanessa!! You deserve a huge raise!!!

I opened a business account at this branch and it was an easy experience. Branch Manager Denise took her time and walked me through all the documents that I needed to gather and present. She made me feel comfortable during the process because it is involved and it does take some time to complete. The rest of the staff have been professional and pleasant to work with.

Tried to withdraw money from my atm said insufficient funds ( which was incorrect) tried to use debit card would not take Called investors and was told computer problem asked if I came in could I withdraw they said no access to accounts Asked how long this has been going on said all day but we're trying to fix it This is completely unacceptable give their I T a 0 rating

These unprofessional people here froze my fiancee's account without warning for having my paycheck deposited in it. They did not care we have children in the home and needed the money. They made us jump through hoops and gave us nothing but bad information. Once we thought everything was straightened out they stole the money I deposited without so much as a word. The manager Becky or Elizabeth (she gave a fake name) was rude and unprofessional and when she didn't want to be bothered anymore she kicked us out of the branch! Please do not give them your business. There is too much competition to be treated like this.

Absolutely terrible. I've been banking here for over 10 years they fired every person that knows me by now. You know how they usually write down your account balance, last time I went in made the mistake of asking for it had to wait like ten minutes for it to print out.

I am giving one start because that is the lowest rating that can be given. Saturday banking hours on the bank door is different from that on their website. When pointed out by customers, the answer was "it has been changed for more than a year, don't you see it?" On Saturday July 20, 2019, the lady works there and has the key arrived late and told customers there that they had a security issue and need to discuss. Then the door opened in 10 min so they solved the security problem in 10 min?? No one said a sorry to customers who waited outside for extra 15 min!! Some tellers lack of basic knowledge and proper work manner. Computer system is not even to Roma bank standard. The service is absolutely terrible!

Investors Banks customer service has improved so much it's actually a pleasure to go there. Can we please get a coin counting machine? Geeez
