I was here just for a favor. Needed some information. The crew was so customer friendly (and I am not even their customer). Took extra effort and went extra mile to help me with my question. They didn’t have to do that. This is tri definition of customer service. Kudos to Manager Krystal and the Steven whohelped me. Amazing.

Not Happy at all with the transition to citizens bank. Been a long time Roma bank customer. They were top notch!!!! The transition to investors was not so bad …..not as good as Roma. BUT Citizens just can’t seem to get it together and charging monthly service fees. For what? Your bank is using my money and you’re going to charge me fees!!!! On top citizens savings rates are terrible in todays competitive rates. I as well as my family will be moving our business elsewhere!Disappointed!!!!!!

Torrey was super attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to wait for a manager, but Torrey was able to find the information I needed very quickly and I was on my way. Thank you Torrey.
