Locations never open. After spending $1,000's the tax preparer wouldn't suggest a tax mediation service. Said I'd have to find one.

I have used the on line Tax Pro for 3 years. No issues at all. This year I submitted on 3/12/23. Today is 4/14/23. Still have not heard from my tax pro. I called 800 number nothing. I left a phone message for Hamilton office. Still nothing. Highly doubtful I will use HR Block next year.
