Got in accident late at night, I got one flat tire and my wheel bearing broke, I called 3 different tow companies and all 3 were overpriced and had long wait times, I called Hooked, Ivan picked up told me he would arrive in 15min and also charged a generous price, he was professional, courteous and friendly he was a complete lifesaver. I’ll definitely recommend him to anyone in my family cause I know he will treat them like family.Service: Car towing

Called 2 different tow company’s and both said over 2 hours till they can get to me. Called hooked and Ivan said he would be there in 45 minutes. Didn’t even get to hang up the phone and he was already backing into my driveway. Even gave me a better price then the others for local tow! Thank you!Services: Car towing

Got a flat near their location and truly impressed me with their quick service and professionalism!! Driver was superb and went out of his way to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't say enough about the fast response I received after locking my keys in my RUNNING car this morning when dropping the kids off at daycare. The assistance team from Hooked Towing and Recovery was kind (didn't make me feel silly foolish), quick and efficient. Once the car was unlocked, they didn't leave until I was safely on the road. The best tow service in town! I had been waiting 3 hours , after being in an accident, for my insurance company to send over a truck, and they never did. I have All State and waited Two hours before they told me they couldn’t help me. I called hooked, and the driver was about to go home but came to my rescue. He was at my spot within ten minutes!!! He was ver professional and told me they my car may be damaged more due to the tire falling off the axel. He was very careful and genuine. He was able to tow my car to my auto repair shop and worked with me due to my financial situation. Honestly, best towing service in the area. I wanted to give this man a hug. He was such a blessing. First off let me tell you how wonderful Stephanie was on the phone. She took the time to listen and did not refuse to help me. ( Prior to making this call was because AAA did refuse to help.) She told me a very good price and ETA. Then the Tow truck driving Alex showed up sooner than expected and was just as great. I made him aware of the situation and he simply said that it was fine. This was the best treatment I have received since the BMW dealer left my car in such a horrible state. Please stay away from the BMW dealer in Hamilton, NJ. I highly recommend them. From start to finish the customer experience was fantastic. The person at the office Answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. Alex the driver arrived early and provided ETAs along the way. I thought my car battery was dead and would need a tow to my local dealership and when Alex arrived he checked out the battery and was able to get it started. 10/10 would recommend to any and all who need a towing service!Service: Battery

Excellent service!! Arrived earlier than the website estimated. Driver called to say when he’d be arriving. Called when he arrived. Loaded the car in 3 minutes flat!! Said he would call when he dropped it off. Called again, as he said he would, when he successfully and safely dropped the car at the requested location. Excellent service!! I have to give them a 10 star rating. I called a roadside assistance via my insurance company. The calls started at 415 in the afternoon . After 7 attempted tries they called hooked towing. He came out , helped me 10x more than he should have. Towed me back to his shop, fixed the problem and didn't want payment. All I had almost no cash on me, he didn't care just wanted to make sure I was OK. I was on the side of the road till after 830 at night. I can't thank him enough for his service and gratitude. Its very rare to find someone of this caliber today. Thank you hooked towing
