Darkest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Tiny lamps with weak bulbs. Nice staff but the room was a bummer. Room was clean but a downer.

I stay at Hilton Hotels because I trust the brand. When I walk in, I am greeted. The staff are always friendly and the hotel is clean and bright.

Rooms: Food was left in fridge and under the beds had not been vacuumed - I found a couple items while searching for something I dropped. The rest of the room was clean
Noteworthy details: A wedding function was taking place and, after being invited in by several attendees, I did enter and introduce myself to the groom. He was elated to have another share in his joy and gave me a wonderful hug! … shortly thereafter, an employee approached me and told me I had to go. I was offensive, nor did I ignore her. I was exiting but apparently not quickly enough; she felt the need to put her hands on me ( mind you I was asked to stay..and the whole thing is on camera). I chose to stand out, in the hallway, at the hotel I paid to stay at, listening to the music, and was badgered a few more times. The other groom came out to me to come at me but when I clarified what has happened, he apologized emphatically to me and invited me back in. I graciously declined and told him under no circumstance should he be apologizing to me on that most wonderful day!
My sister was not feeling well and was sleeping in our room, I wanted to give her peaceful rest - but that was nobody’s business but mine.
So I ventured to lobby and sat in a very comfy chair and played on my phone. After the exceptional front desk gentleman left for the night, his replacement actually came and harassed me (again!). He asked if I had a room. With a huge eye roll and complete disbelief I responded YES, room 304!
I could have been at the bar or waiting for whatever, but, I wasn’t, I was just trying to be peaceful and happy. It was a not a good time

We had our wedding here on 09/14/24 and it was the absolute best day of our lives!
The entire staff at the venue was 100% completely amazing. Without flaw. On point.
The set up, the service, the accommodations, just absolutely every single little thing was completely perfect.
The maître de , Jenn was unreal. She was so incredible. I cannot say that enough. The best service I have ever had.
The service team was on their game ALL NIGHT. Never missed a beat.
Our coordinators, Alex & Missy were perfect from start to finish with clear and promp communication.
The food was phenomenal!
I can never thank our team and the staff enough for everything that made our special day magical.
Thank you, thank you!!!
If you are questioning if you want to stay here or get married here, JUST DO IT! You will not regret it!

Booked this hotel on a whim. First off - Ahmed at the front desk made the whole stay worthwhile. He was so amazing and kind with information. Close to everything. Nice clean and huge rooms. Pool is OK. Do not pay for breakfast go to Cracker Barrel or somewhere else close by. Def will stay again
Rooms: Clean and spacious. Everything included. Also the hotel gives you free toothbrushes and such if you forget
Nearby activities: Many shops near by. TGIF within walking distance. Be careful turning off the exit- I mistook the exit and had to go in a loop

The front desk staff seemed unenthusiastic and low in energy. Attended a cocktail event in their outdoor area. The alcohol that was provided by the hotel was cheap and the food basic.
My room didn’t have a working shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The cleaning ladies woke me up every morning at 9am to clean the room.

The hotel staff was amazing. Best hospitality out of a hotel I've stayed at in 5 years. Every single staff member was pleasant and friendly. Always saying goodbye or good morning. Any issue or complaint was handled immediately and solutions offered even for the most minor of inconvenience. From the front desk to the bar and grill staff they di a fantastic job. My Girlfriend and I felt very at home. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained The only complaint was the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and very firm. Not to our liking but I do not blame the staff or the hotel for that at all.

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly and attentive staff. I travel to the area for work often, and every time I have been here the woman at the front desk (Paula I believe is her name) has been so nice and accomodating whenever my plans change slightly and I have to change the length of my stay. I rarely write reviews, but the staff here (both Paula and the younger dude who also works the desk during the day) truly deserves recognition for their excellent attitude and willingness to go out of their way to make sure the guest has a pleasant experience. I have no reason to choose any other hotel whenever visiting the area!

Very nice hotel, clean, pleasant staff, nice amenities. The breakfast was not free for us, but at only $14 a person, it was reasonable for all the food hot/cold available. The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable
