I needed major alterations done on my garments and chose this cleaners just passing by. I thought it was expensive, I should have shopped around but she is fabulous! The tailor did excellent work. One dress had to be shortened but the other was quite complex. She had to alter the straps and redo the entire style of the hemline. It looks incredible, I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I recommend this cleaner for their tailoring skills.Hamilton Square, NJ

Zero stars. I dropped off a coat and a scarf in March or April. I forgot about them. And started calling the business once I remembered. They were never able to help me through the phone, so I stopped by with my license, a different version of the scarf, and my receipt/picture of the coat that I dropped off. I no longer had my dry cleaner’s ticket. And I dropped off the items months ago, so I understood that they might not be able to help me even if they tried. But they did not even try to help me. The man was openly hostile towards me the entire time. He kept telling me to, “listen, listen,” but did not want to listen to me. I asked if they could check my name against the unclaimed things, he could not. He kept telling me the computer remembers everything. When I said maybe someone entered my phone number incorrectly, he could not account for that error. He even told me that I had never called therm before about the issue which was completely untrue. He screamed at me and told me I had to go even when I was calmly and politely just trying to see if they could help me, before I also started screaming at him. I couldn’t take it anymore. Beware.

Most disrespectful and unprofessional and overpriced dry cleaners in the area. They charged me $14 for one pair of pants claiming falsely it was stained. Then the owner started screaming at me when I asked for an explanation of my overcharged receipt. They also completely ruined one of my favorite shirts! Avoid this place At all cost...

If no stars were an option that is what my review would be. I wish I had read the reviews before taking my bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding. If Yelp allowed videos I would show you how the man treated me. Absolutely awful experience and the man (I'm assuming the owner) was so rude and tried to argue with me. Originally I took it there to be taken in and hemmed. They hemmed it too short, it was uneven and very noticeable. Since you can't add fabric on they had to even it out and make it all too short. Because of this mishap I ask that they sew the straps for me and they did so for no charge. When I picked it up this time the straps were uneven by about an inch so it looked very saggy on one side again very noticeable. I think they did this to make up for the uneven hem at the bottom. It didn't work. I of course asked them to fix it when the man tried to argue with me they he should charge me $50 for the straps and saying they fixed the hem. The hem was not fixed since it was all too short. Save yourself the stress and don't go here. I understand bad things can happen but it is all about how they make it right and this man clearly doesn't know how to do that. I do want to point out the woman is so so sweet and did everything she could to make it right. The man told me she was stupid for doing the straps for free for me.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did they ruin my $160 cardigan, they charged me extra to get the shedding from the same sweater they ruined off of my dress pants!! They said it took them a very long time to get the shedding (from the ruined sweater) off of my dress pants so they needed to charge extra!! We will be taking our business elsewhere.
