They have always been disorganized, but I’ve been willing to overlook that as they are closer and at least when you are there in person, they are friendly. However after needing parts, looking online, seeing parts closed at 6pm on Wednesdays, calling and talking to a receptionist to confirm, and driving 45 minutes to get there, they are closed at 4:45. One lady tells me “oh yeah they close at 5:00 actually” and another gives me an attitude on the phone and says “yeah no they close around 4 usually”. I guess we make our own hours now depending on what we feel like. I’ll drive another twenty minutes to Faulkner.

I can't speak to the sales department but David in the service department is above and beyond. He was patient, professional, and went out of his way to make things transparent while our car was being repaired for warranty. By far the best experience in any Mazda service department.

Just bought my first 2023 Mazda 3 and I love it!Make sure you see Marlon, he’s an awesome guy, very humble, personable and relatable. He was so helpful in getting me into a new vehicle after an accident which left my car totaled a couple weeks prior. I felt no pressure and he made the entire experience and process hassle free.I highly recommend them!!FYI - they also include your first oil change for FREE!!

I have insurance in tire and wheel but HAMILTON MAZDA charged me $257 to replace my tire that was punctured with allen key on the road and that would supposed to be covered! THE MANAGER RYAN LIED and told me that he called the insurance company and try to explain about the safety 3.0 seconds thing I have on my tire thats why ‘ITS NOT COVERED’ and I called the insurance and confirm and I was told that NOBODY CALLED THEM!!!!!! PLEASE DONT COME HERE! THEY ARE SCAM!!

This was a great car buying experience. My salesman Neal was very knowledgeable, making this an easy purchase. Once the sale was done, he also took time out to review the car's features and then proceeded to set up the Bluetooth for my phone. All I had to do was drive off and enjoy! Thanks Neal.

Have used Mazda Hamilton’s service center 4 different occasions for standard maintenance and two instances of flat tires (one screw and one nail)! Great communication and professional work. Prices seem industry standard from my knowledge.David Heupel is great to work with and Marlon Lising also was wonderful when buying my car in 2022!

I had an excellent experience purchasing our CX-90 from Mr Gifford Veillard. He even went out of his way to go in to work on his day off to complete the sale. If you need a salesperson who is willing to go above and beyond for you, this is your guy.

BEWARE OF HAMILTON MAZDAScheduled an oil change, tire rotation and brake service. When the car was ready I was told the tires had not been rotated. I asked why not as it had specifically been requested. The woman at the counter did not know and got the technician to come out front, and he told me he had rotated the tires. I went out to my car and saw the tires had not been rotated (the front left wheel was recognizable by markings where the replacement wheel had been installed months earlier). So after spending over $1,000 they lied to my face. How can you trust what they tell you when they lie so easily. How can you believe anything they tell you when they claim you need a particular service. How do I know they did what they were supposed to and whether I should trust the brakes they claim to have installed. I cannot go back to Hamilton Mazda and, after having 2 Mazdas, am unlikely to purchase another Mazda.BEWARE OF HAMILTON MAZDA

I would highly recommend you stay away. I agree with the other reviewers comments that they will suggest repairs that are not necessary. One service representative suggested I had lied to him and another one stated "you are just one of those people" When asked what he meant by that he stated "I just push back and ask too many questions":(. I retrieved my car, unhappily paid the $149 for diagnostics (which will be disputed) and it has been reported to Mazda corporate.

We finally decided to trade in our 2007 Honda CR-V for a new(er) vehicle. We had less than stellar experiences with both Coast Honda at the Jersey Shore where we originally purchased our CR-V and Princeton Honda not far from where we now live. The original purchase experience at Coast Honda was pretty much what everyone expects from a car dealer. The salesman did the hard sell and would not budge one penny on the sales price (even though we were moving into the next model year which meant our new CR-V would soon become a prior year model) or offer to throw in a freebie or two. They did provide great service for the vehicle but would invariably find at least one or two things that "required attention" on every single visit even when the CR-V was relatively new.Princeton Honda's service is clumsy, slow, and the technicians aren't going to win any awards for excellence (on one oil change, they forgot to reset the oil life meter; when replacing the taillight bulbs, they broke all four plastic screw access tabs and said nothing about it; when the A/C compressor failed, they didn't have a replacement in stock so I had to leave the car with them for nearly two days).I had been researching the Mazda CX-5 which, from the reviews, can functionally go toe to toe with the CR-V but benefits from a far more beautifully designed exterior and an interior that looks like it belongs in a considerably more expensive vehicle. I went over to Hamilton Mazda and browsed their used car lot. Salesman, Stephen, came out to provide assistance. Stephen never did the hard sell and, rather than trying to minimize my trade-in expectations, indicated that our very well-kept CR-V would be an excellent trade-in. Stephen showed me several CX-5s that were in the ballpark of my desired price and mileage. I test drove all three vehicles. After the third test drive, we came across a new arrival in the used car lot on our way back to the showroom and this one was just about perfect although a bit more expensive than I wanted. Stephen's manager priced out the two CX-5s I was interested in including the trade-in value for my Honda. Without any haggling on my part, his manager actually came to me as I was going to get something out of my car and indicated that there was enough interest in my car that he increased the trade-in value by an additional $750. In the end, I purchased the pricier of the two CX-5s because it was simply a better value than the less expensive one.The Hamilton Mazda showroom, unlike the Honda showrooms (which are poorly designed, utilitarian spaces), is clearly influenced by Mazda's "Kodo" less-is-more design philosophy that you see in their cars. Uncluttered, lots of glass and huge video/picture walls, and pleasant customer seating areas with salespeople and the service desk readily available and logically placed. Mazda prices their vehicles quite sensibly and the sales and manager staff are reasonable with assessing trade-in value. I didn't have the usual haggle-'til-you-die car sales approach at Hamilton Mazda. Sure, if I were a better negotiator, I suppose I could have gotten a few extra hundred dollars off the final price but the experience here was so easy and the default product pricing is so reasonable that even a non-haggler like me is not second guessing about the price I paid. If the service department is anything as good as the sales department then I'll be a very happy long-term Mazda owner. If you're in the market for a Mazda and you're in the Princeton, NJ area, Hamilton Mazda is where you want to go. If you'd like a salesman who actually listens to you, knows all the mechanical details about the car (because he's a former mechanic), doesn't do the hard sell or try to upsell you, and will spend the time to get you as close to what you're looking for at the price you want to spend, ask for Stephen Johnson (I'm sure the other sales staff are great too but I can only relate my personal experience with Stephen).

I had a great experience as a first time car owner with Hamilton Mazda. No pushy sales attitude or overpriced nonsense. Don Calilap was great to work with and he installed my license plate frame for me. The service department was also really friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked into Hamilton Mazda only to learn that the salesperson who sold me my first Miata in 2004 was there and ready to help me find my next new fun car. Neal Simon was great to work with. I described what I was looking for, and he was able to locate options that made me very happy.Today, I drove away in my beautiful, pre-owned, low milage Miata. The car I wanted. The color I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Neal, to anyone looking for thier next car.

I had my car serviced here, the 4 stars are for those guys. Service team was great, got the job done quickly and the advisor that met us was a great resource of knowledge. The sales team was not a great experience, no one cared. I bought a brand new 2023 CX-50 somewhere else, but will happily get my car parts/services here.
