First, I ultimately purchased my new car from another dealer because the other one had the desired car, was closer to me, and was able to provide a significantly lower price. However, my dealings Jeff at with Hamilton Mazda were excellent, they were very open, honest, and impressive. Maybe next time! But I would recommend them for someone shopping. I've been around the block a few times, all the dealers I worked with were polite and professional, but Hamilton and the one I ultimately purchased from were the most open, offering info rather than waiting for me to ask, seemed honest and helpful, etc., hence this review and good rating.

The team over at Hamilton Mazda made the whole car buying process quick and easy. Stephen was attentive and accommodating. I told him I wanted to be in and out of the dealership quickly and he did exactly that. Thumbs up to the financial services team for making the paperwork process swift and seamless. This has by far been the best car buying experience.

Beyond unsatisfactory service. Unless your dream car is here DO NOT come here to purchase your vehicle. Sales staff is curt and rude to customers. No one at this dealership wants to take responsibility for anything, I purchased a vehicle here a month ago and they sent me to my local dealership to fix a cosmetic issue for the car because they couldn't do it. Then they told me it would be easier for me to get my vehicle registration instead of them but they never gave me a bill of sale. For three days now I have tried to get a copy of my bill of sale and only once has the finance department answered my phone call, they promised to send it to me by the end of the day and never did and did not answer my follow up. Over three days not one of my messages has been returned either. I do not leave reviews ever but I am so stunned by the poor quality service that I felt I had to for Hamilton Mazda.

A few weeks ago, I contacted this dealership to explain the problem my car was having, including all the important details of the situation, such as the fact that it was close to reaching 36k miles and that I needed it resolved as soon as possible. From the beginning, the staff was friendly. I emphasized the need for a loaner car if the appointment was in the middle of the week so I could get back to work.
Everything was fine up to that point. They told me the next available car would be on the 26th. I waited 12 days for the appointment (because when I called, there were appointments available in two days, but no loaner cars). I arrived at my appointment, checked in with them, and they told me to wait. I saw no action to provide me with the loaner car and waited for an hour without anything happening. They didn't even move my car from where I had parked it. They wasted my time saying they would see what they could do for me and never provided a solution.
To top it off, they gave me a new appointment for 20 days from today, and by then, my car will be out of warranty coverage. They just politely told me they were sorry and couldn't do anything. When I mentioned the loaner car, they told me I was a customer who would have to wait. I am upset about the lack of coordination and the time they made me lose both in the waiting period and today, plus more miles and more gas. All to have to take my car back in the same condition as before.
Very disappointing lack of organization and commitment to customers. I hope they improve their service and become more efficient in the future.

I had a Great experience with this branch since I first started looking for the replacement of my 2009 Mazda3, email was very straightforward and non of those bragging non sense. That was in Feb.
Today is June 15, I had a short time to stop in to do some paperwork and was able to leave in less than 45 mins. Wait for the call back to finalize the paperwork and the vehicle pick up.

From the moment I contacted Giff at Hamilton Mazda on a Monday morning to picking up our CX-90 PHEV the same evening, the experience was splendid! I test drove the vehicle at a competitive dealership and attempted to get the best deal possible from each. Giff was professional, prompt, eager and earned our business at the end. He was not pushy, but took every step he could to satisfy us. The experience at the showroom that evening was nothing short of excellent. Giff and Brian (finance) were incredible and had our best interest in mind. We were in and out with the new car within 45 mins. They had the vehicle ready! I recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an unusually great car buying experience!
