I am really disappointed with the portion sizes at this restaurant.They are extremely tiny! It's almost like are trying to be sneaky with their takeout food , using small lunch box that is even smaller than usual rectangle one... NEVER COMING BACK NONOOOOOO!!!!!

The food is just inedible there was dental floss on my cheesesteak and don’t get me started about the owner what an absolute slob was cursing at customers and smoking inside this place needs to be shut down by the fda just a disgraceful health hazard I hope this place believes in god cause they better get to praying in order to keep customers walking in the door

This could possibly be the worst Cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten. Meat was dry hardly any cheese and the amount of salt was ridiculous….I couldn’t even drown it in ketchup for the save……Never again. Real classy reply…..sadly the cheesesteaks suck worse than your mom….

Stopped at Gaetanos this afternoon for lunch while working in the area. Read some reviews and was surprised with the number of 1 star reviews! Maybe I made a mistake coming here? Well, I definitely did not!!! The service was perfect. And most important....the cheesesteak was amazing!!!! I ordered the "small", which is actually a pretty large sandwich. I normally don't eat everything I order in one sitting, but I devoured this entire sandwich in my work truck while traveling to my next job!!! I had a nice conversation with the owner, who I found to be a very personable, very nice and very serious small business owner. To those morons that review with low ratings for customer service.....complete liars. To the other low star raters.....move the f out of jersey and go to California with the rest of the fruits and nuts! Gaetanos will def be my go to spot anytime I am in the hamilton area!!!

As a business owner I know it can get frustrating dealing with people on google reviews but this owner is my favorite so far people think it’s easy trying to run a business instead of the customers coming to the owner to make it right they are so quick to write a review. I ate here many times and he does have a good cheesesteak keep up the good work.

I honestly just googled to give the positive feedback I think this place deserves.. I went there two times ..1st I got a large buffalo chicken cheesesteak with extra cheese and it was absolutely delicious.. I had to go back and try a large cheesesteak with x cheese and mushrooms… it was just as good as the first time if not better.. breads amazing and the quality of the meat is on point and full of flavor.. both times I went in everyone was polite and even took my order even though they were closing!! I’d say great place and a must try for a new jerseys cheesesteak spot.. definitely one of the best I’ve had in the area!

We walked in with a friend and were introduced to Gaetanos. The owner was extremely rude, and one of the workers stared at me without saying a word. Not to mention, the fries were soggy, and Cheesesteak was just okay.

Cheesesteak is AMAZING They are nice people. They are down to earth too. I saw there was a lot of complaints about them not being helpful or sour attitudes, but maybe they don't know how to talk to regular people???!!! The first time I came to this location, I had already experienced a Gaetano's cheesesteak from the store that's further south from here. It was amazing. First time here, even though they have an example of what size each roll is ( to the person who seemed confused). I still asked questions. I may be particular about my food but I don't just order something and then complain about how it wasn't done correctly after eating half the damn sandwich. Again,!!!! So after the guy patiently answered all of my questions and we talked about other food places in Philly because I'm a Philly girl, I mg my order. I want to tell you it was next level!!!! Tons of fried onions and cheese with marinara and pickles!!!! Exactly what I asked for! You damn right I tipped!!! Although I don't go there as often as I would like, I do save it for when I'm ready to hunt my own cow for beef for a cheesesteak!!!! For example, I'm going there this Friday. Watch your cows folks! It's a little sketchy out there with me on the loose!!!!!

If it's not enough that the food is horrible, the owner is an even worse person. You can really tell he hates himself and his life, and it comes across in the food. ZERO STARS FOR YOU SIR!

Everytime they hit it out of the park , I don't eat out often but when I do it's here and I'm never let down fat sandwich's are a must try.
