“The shopping and delivery experience were good, but they could be improved. The website did not have a box for special instructions, so I had to email the shop for that. The flowers were fresh, but the combination of colors was not so great. Extra large bear was actually a medium sized one so it would be nice if they can add the dimensions. Overall, the experience was good and smooth.”

“Skilled, creative and highly professional, Janet Makrancy's Weddings & Parties exceeded my expectations when they provided the decoration for my event. My venue was not easy - a large stone and metal pavilion in a public park. They managed to make it lovely, encasing the utilitarian steel columns in lush greenery. Passersby were stopping to ogle. Staff were a pleasure to work with at every step, from the first quote to the final clean-up. Highly recommend!”
“I wish I could give Steel’s 10 stars! Beautiful arrangement and stellar customer service!!! I was late ordering and they were extremely busy, but he (wish I got his name) still took the time to make sure the arrangement would be perfect. He picked out the perfect arrangement cardette, a border with a sunflower, something that may seem trivial, but the significance of the sunflower was more than words could express and the fact that he picked up on that detail during our conversation - just incredible. I am also very happy that the message was hand written opposed to a printed off computer tag like most other florists do, hand written message is much more intimate. And, again, the arrangement is beautiful!!!”

“I called Chesterfield Florist for the first time since moving to the area 3 years ago. I wanted something special for my wife’s 65th birthday. The only instructions I gave were “no carnations and no baby’s breath”. I also needed it to be delivered before noon on her birthday so she would be sure to be home to receive the flowers.Chesterfield Florist did not disappoint! A MAGNIFICENT bouquet arranged in a glass vase was at our front door at 11:00am. Most importantly, my wife was thrilled with the flower selection and the way it was arranged. Given past negative experiences with florists over the years, we were especially pleased with the excellent customer service and BEAUTIFUL flowers in an EXQUISITE arrangement provided by Chesterfield.
