*BEWARE* The front desk woman was very rude. Talks down to customers. I was very tolerant at the beginning with her but when she screamed at me, I ask the other employee at the front desk to assist me. She kept on arguing and used foul language towards me. Never again.

There are some irresponsible and useless delivery drivers who never call me before leaving a door tag. They should be immediately fired. Zero star if possible!

An associate told me I could have a Fedex Ground package shipped here to hold, but this is not true - they only hold Fedex Express packages. Now I'm left to deal with the consequences with them being of no help in rectifying the situation.

CONSUMER BEWARE!
I recently ordered a 9 drawer dresser from Wayfair only to have it STOLEN from a FedEx employee (an inside job). I spoke to a representative who asked that I give them 3 days May 14 to May 17th to conduct an investigation. To date I have not heard from FedEx nor received any correspondence about my 141 pound dresser. The notification “read” delivered and signed by TORO in BORDENTOWN NJ wrong address. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating for the lack of communication and support. I will definitely use another shipping method moving forward…

You’re paying extra for shipping, see all updates and few minutes before the package supposed to be delivered changes the info to delayed and unknown. Driver’s reason in the system was the weather - May - it was drizzling and I saw fedex truck One street away from my house.
It’s been few days and I can’t get any information and even main customer service line can’t contact the local office in Hamilton.

I would give 0 if I could! Extremely RUDE and RACIST front desk guy! All I did was try to help my parents get an envelope and a pouch for international shipment over the phone. Yelling over the phone stating that he was not able to help my parent because he didn’t understand me or my parents! This guy tried so hard to embarrass my parents in front of other customers while my parents had no idea what was happening and still smiling at him! This guy stopped yelling when I called him racist over the phone on the speaker! He then refused to help my parent with the drop off stating that he was mad because I spoke the truth! The funny thing is he could understand me fine while I asked for the drop off. Disgusting behavior! Unprofessional and unacceptable! Ridiculous service! I would stop by the store to speak to the manager when I make my trip to Jersey!

There is NO connection between the call center, the driver, and the actual center. I waited for a package containing temperature sensitive expensive medication. I was home all day. My bell never rang. I live in a condo with a call box. I don't think they even bothered to try a ring it. Left a tag with a note saying the call box was broken. Calling customer service to explain they can NOT redeliver it a different day, that it is medication on an ice pack and would go bad the next day, they said they would resend it out. I kept getting messages it was being redelivered the next day. I kept calling. They were not sure where the package was. Then, after 3 more phone calls, I was told it was back at the facility that I could pick it up there. I'm disabled and that was a HUGE inconvenience for me. I asked, "ARE YOU POSITIVE IT IS THERE?" I was told yes, it is there. So I drove there, and it was not there, but on a truck. I asked if they were going to my house, and they said no and that I had to wait until the end of the day for the truck to return. I was livid at this point. I explained my situation practically in tears. They contacted the driver, and she was going back to my house and said she should be there in 10-15 minutes. Well, that's great, except I am at the facility 20 minutes away from my house. I had to call my husband, who was closer, and asked him to drop what he was doing to run home to get my medication. Thank God he was able to do that for me. They are the worst!!!! I'm complaining to the pharmaceutical company that uses them.

The guy that was there he was nice
