I just went to the store to get a few small items. As I was walking up a worker was placing a sign on the door that said " bathroom break. Be back in 10 minutes." She just stared at me. What sense does this make?

Extremely unprofessional. Regional manager needs to terminate the ASM for airing grievances in public to entire store and running it as an expression of her own ego. Other store associates were not engaged in any productive tasks. I walked out instead of making a purchase feeling insulted and degraded. Remember who the customer is and that they are paying your wage, and if you are dissatisfied with your job and your mother having to work Christmas you can apply elsewhere. BTW, it is July 1 at 9am so IDK why that was relevant.

Very unprofessional, my wife and I went there today May 30th 2023 around 11:30am. The cashier got mad as soon as we walked in the store (for no apparent reason). We got some chips (Takis to be exact) for our kids and oh boy more than 50% of packs were expired so we had to look through it to get the good ones. When we were at the register I politely told the cashier "just so you know, some of the chips are expired." She got mad, refused to respond back to me and made me feel like it was my fault that it was expired. Last time at this store, I am never going back and I am telling everyone I know, that they are selling expired items.

ALWAYS like shopping here!On Mon 4/3/23 went a little after 9 ish.Cashier avoided eye contact.Guy stocking items, friendly & we had jokes!Back at the cashier, 1st) gave her a HUGE Good Morning! No pulse detected..., asking her questions,my final reply to that was, "So, you don't know."Checked out. I said, "You're Wecome."Went downhill fast!The Mgr was clearly concerned.My msg: that cashier needs to reup w/HR on customer svc etiquette. Better yet - let her do busy work. Just .wow. on starting a new day. WILL go back. One bad apple...

if you are looking for a place to start copuning I recommend you here, I went on a Saturday and the first impression I had of the place is that everything is organized the staff is very efficient helping you with what you need and they even taught me how to use the application correctly to be able to take advantage to the maximum the coupons, I return the following Saturday to continue couponing in that wonderful place.????

Good variety of items. I have found exactly what I needed at this store. Its a bit overcrowded and other customers are constantly squeezing past each other in the aisles but otherwise has a variety of different products. Nice size parking lot.

Very large parking area, Be cautious about the prices here you will need to check at the register to find out if the prices advertised match when you bring it up to check out. so if something is marked $1 it better be! other shop somewhere else!

I was so happy when this new Dollar Tree opened up right next to my gym. How convenient, I thought.After visiting for the first time Saturday, July 17, at 7 p.m., I can tell you that I would drive miles out of my way to any other dollar store than to ever go inside this one again.If you are this location's manager/owner, please listen. we know it is difficult, post-pandemic, to get quality workers. but you have to do better than the crew that works at your location. Their customer service skills are....non-existent. like, the three (?) women working at that day/time were clueless on how to treat/address PAYING CUSTOMERS IN THEIR STORE.NOT TO GO INTO EVERY DETAIL....but i tried checking out. This was NOT closing time. there were other shoppers in the store. I proceeded to the front, put my items on the lighted up belt. And waited. There were no crewmembers in sight. at all. I locked eyes with another patron...did you see anybody? I asked. She wordlessly shook her head no. I went down a few aisles. hello? hello? Suddenly someone popped her head up from the balloon-blowing area and screeched out a name. Ah, so there was someone watching! Yet she saw me at the register and spoke not a word. The name she screeched...well that roused that crewmember who snarled from the back of the store, "I'm coming!" very irritated. She shuffle-footed to the front, said not a word to me, nastily bagged my things, said not a word, did NOT hand me my bag -- I had to reach across to get it. As I said, I won't be back. Oh, you'll survive at this location; no doubt. Those of us who wish to shop at your location just would like a more pleasant experience.

New store, so it's clean - for now. But it has a much smaller footprint than most other Dollar Trees, and as such, feels less modern in comparison. Also, the selection - again, due to the size of the store - is lousy. Unfortunately, the sore point of this store is the staff. The cashier that I was assigned to, walked off to have a mound of balloons blown up for the customer in front of me, without even an "excuse me...I'll be right back". When she did attend to me, I was snapped at when I was asked if I needed to re-insert my credit card. Another staff member walked right by her when she was blowing up balloons; didn't offer to help her, and didn't offer to ring me up while I was waiting. Not sure if this "opening jitters" or what...but I doubt I'll shop at this location again...especially when a larger, better-stocked one is less than a mile away from this location.
