The reason behind this is due to recent changes, Don passed leaving Jovita to manage the office, Jovita hired Michelle and Janice who often times comes across as rude, ghetto and unprofessional. On more than one occasion Janice has played games over the phone saying her name in the beginning when she answers the phone and when you ask her to repeat it or say I didn’t catch your name she’ll proceed to ask you you’re name instead of repeating it as she should, you will need to repeat everything you say to her for one reason or another and Michelle if she helps you at all is hard to get in contact with, forget about call backs. Jovita is sweet yet over her head and for that reason we won’t remain with this agency much longer. The times I’ve called and asked for Jovita to be told no, pause she’s in a meeting is unacceptable and unprofessional
