“Overall, I feel like this is a very good store, the day stuff is very nice and always there to help. However, my issue lies with the night staff. There have been multiple times where I have gone there and the door was locked and there was no employee behind the counter and you could not get an access to the store. This is not the first time it happened but if you wait, will show up for at least five minutes with nobody coming to the counter, so I left. It’s kind of hard for me to consider this store 24 hours once sporadically throughout the night you were unable to gain access. Overall, though I do like this store.”

“I can’t even begin to explain how helpful the guys at this store are. I came in with an issue on my device that needed the attention of Verizon customer service, and they dedicated 6+ hours of their time, patience, and dedication to help me. Michael and Ishan were going back and forth for hours on hold with Verizon representatives, and all of the other gentleman were chiming in and providing their help, reassurance, and insight, as well. They went through hoops to ensure that I walked out of the store satisfied. I have been a customer at the Hamilton Verizon location for over 20 years and although the staff has changed over this time period, the customer care and the quality of the workers has remained outstanding.
