This pharmacy is the worst that I could ever imagine, the pharmacy staff is very rude and made feel like I'm an idiot for even needing medicine. They made feel like I live in a third world country from hanging up the phone on me to saying that they are not able to get needed meds!! Horrible services since the only job they have is to have medicine when needed....

This location is horrible, disgusting, and the pharmacy techs have the worst attitude when anyone dares to call in to ask for help. There's a wonderful pharmacy across the street from them (Simcare) that I recommend switching to.

Luckily I found what I needed they are always under stocked and missing personnel not enough people running the store pharmacists are rude there wouldn't use them if my life depended on it. Carpets need to be changed in that place when you walk into the store there's a musty smell. The only bright spot is when I tried to do self checkout in the machine malfunctioned the lady McKenzie came over and helped me very professional very cordial very nice young person she said the machines start talking about put your stuff in the bagging area even when nobody's using them always malfunctioning at least you got an honest person on your payroll that's cordial and wants to help people get more people in there like her they'll have a better store and fire and replace your Pharmacy personnel read the other reviews I'm not the only one that feels that way.

CVS is good they are changing their products they carry. They are trying to turn more to healthy living. They are getting rid of a lot of stuff not good for you.

I am giving this pharmacy one star because the tech and the pharmacist are overwhelmed by prescription refills. I am not sure what is going on with this location but the staff is rude(not just to me, anyone that comes in.) I remember being a pharmacist at a different company during rush hour, end of the month, truck delivery, and overdoses to handle in bad neighborhoods. I am currently 8 month's pregnant, went in to refill my prenatal vitamins. That's it. I was told it would take 30 minutes for a non narcotic drug to be refilled after submitting said refill an hour before. The pharmacist told me they are behind and to just go somewhere els. I guess we are in a world where pregnant women are told to piss off for being an inconvenience even if the customer isn't rude.

Only giving one star because there isn't an option for zero. How about let people use a bathroom, especially children waiting for medicine in your pharmacy. Absolutely disgusting of human being to deny a 3 year old a bathroom. Never again I'll pay more and go out of network.

The main reason that I rated this CVS one star is because it doesn't have a DRIVE-THROUGH. I was standing in line behind someone with Covid. Thankfully he was wearing a mask. In todays day and age with all of the infectious diseases, you would think that the priority in a pharmacy is to keep the staff and customers safe. After all this would be a place that sick people would go to get their medications. I left the store before picking up my meds because the wait was long and I didn't want to get sick. I will go to a different pharmacy in the future. It's too bad because the location is great for me.

1) If your medication is not in stock they don’t make any effort to let you know when it comes in or even if it’s going to be ordered.2). The hours keep getting reduced. It appears to be a very undesirable place to work. There is a large turnover of employees. Only two employees seem to been there over three years. Expect to wait if you want to talk to one of the pharmacist. Who knows what minimum qualifications they even have. I am amazed that they’re even our people waiting in line. Expect a moderate wait.3). I was going there for many years. I stopped because multiple other problems have become unbearable.4). This definitely is Not a Covid problem. I have seen it coming on in the last couple years that I’ve been there pre-Covid.5). There are photos online that show behind the scenes it’s filthy and organized.

Went to get the Covid shot, there was no one there waiting before me. The two staff (one claimed manager) made me wait 20 mins while they packed now arriving patients meds. I already Nervous about getting the shot and the time they made me wait for no reason was inexcusable. There was a needle left hanging out of the sharps container for anyone to grab. The “manager drew the needle up before I could see what it was she was drawing up. I asked to see and she refused. I did not take the shot as I don’t know what she wanted to inject in me. Or what brand. I asked for the corporate number and she liked saying 1800 cvs. Worst costumer service ever. Disgrace to CVS. Unprofessional

Very bad pharmacy. I went there after scheduling for a vaccine. They were short handed and cancelled my appointment. Very and unprofessional place to shop at.

They need to expand their pharmacy hours. It's ridiculous. They need to care more about their customers!
