This pharmacy gave me a glucometer, strips, and lancets. The brand they provide was not covered by my insurance, or even in stock at this store. I received the lancets and strips and paid out of pocket at another store for the meter. This action is absolutely unprofessional. They could have easily check the preferred brands and given me the correct product. Now I have spent over $150 on test strips. Ridiculous!

Quite literally ruined my opinion on CVS. Went to pick up my prepaid online order and the rude cashier up front charged me again for it. Because the items are non refundable, they would not refund me for their cashier’s mistake. Will never go to a cvs again after this experience. I spoke to three employees, including the store manager, and many customer service employees and they all refused to refund me. Be careful trusting that the employees here are well informed on policies and procedures. I am so angry I trusted their word over my knowledge.

The older woman at the register this afternoon was so rude and nasty, I put my items back and didn't purchase anything. I know it's tough getting staff during these times but replace her as soon as you can. She should not be working with the public.

The store manager, Dom, and the sales associate Troy go above and beyond consistently upon my encounters with them! Customer service like no other!! I really enjoy going to this CVS because of the excellent service, all of the employees and they are usually well stocked!!! They have toilet paper when no one else did!! Thank you for being superior!
