Whoever answered the phone today in pharmacy was totally rude and not helpful at all and she ended up hanging up on me when she was completely wrong therefore I will never recommend or use this place again.

They take for ever to get my medication in the store and when I go to drive through, another thing that happens es when they go to lunch they closed the pharmacy for like two hours and we have to wait until they finish their lunch and open to get my medication after a long line.

I called CVS this morning as soon as they opened to see if I could refill a prescription before leaving on a trip later this afternoon. They said the earliest they could refill was 3pm. When I requested by 2pm because I was leaving g for the airport before 3pm, the pharmacist said "no"...then silence. Rude!

I left my doctors office with prescription in hand, expecting to have a wait time when I arrived at the drop off desk and my prescription was already filled ( less than 5 minute drive) and it was ready for pickup.Wonderful energy and very welcoming, left a positive impact on my pharmacy experience, I will only be coming here from now on

I purchased a same day desk calendar pick up. I received the email that my order was ready and when I got there it was not ready. A store associate kindly explained they weren't getting the calendar frame until the next day and they would call me. She was very kind and I understood. Days went by and no call (this was for a same day pickup order mind you). I finally got a call and voicemail saying it was ready. I excitedly went to the store and a store associate rudely told me it wasn't ready yet. I told her I received a phone call that it was ready to which she responded rudely and loudly in front of all patrons, "it doesn't matter if you got a call! It's not ready!" I was shocked. She then asked to see the voicemail and when she saw it was an automated message she raised her voice and said "don't listen to this, it's automated! You don't come in for that!" I said how am I supposed to know? It said my order was ready. She continued to argue with me and publicly try to embarrass me. I am livid. I have been coming to this CVS my entire life. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when the problem that occurred was on the store's end. I am a customer and there was zero customer service given to me today. For reference, I went on 2/1/23 at 4:30PM and the woman had short, blonde hair and wore glasses and had a smokers voice. I intend to contact the manager and have this addressed because I am certain this woman must talk to everyone this way. I want to avoid having someone else be treated this way. I have worked in customer service my entire life and even when a customer yelled at me and may have been wrong, I still remained calm and polite because you represent the company you are working for. If this happened once, it'll happen again. And I refuse to continue patronizing a store allowing their employees to treat customers this way. I also still do not have my calendar order that I needed today, February 1st, for work.Update: I contacted corporate about this employee and they told the store manager, who called me to apologize. She was very nice and I appreciate being reached out to.

This used to be a nice store with pleasant people working there. Thugs work there now. Not sure about the pharmacy, but the retail store is populated with loud unwelcoming maskless manager, counter staff, and people stocking shelves. I won't go there again. In fact I think I'll just give CVS a rest for a good long while.

CVS is a blight on the land. We were clearly struggling with the photo kiosk and no one cared. This kiosk is terrible because you have to either sit there for several minutes downloading the CVS app and connect to the kiosk via pseudo Wi-Fi (it's really weird) or just do it by USB. If you do it by USB, you can't upload just the photos you want. You have to scroll through 100 or more of your photos ON THE KIOSK SCREEN. Who thought this was a good idea? I'm not scrolling through my camera roll in public. What was wrong with getting one of the workers to take a picture with a Kodak and print it out, like how it used to be? This is a case of automation gone totally wrong. Old geezer behind the counter ignored my mother until someone else came and took care of us. We had to pay almost 17 bucks for 2 little pictures. What kind of pricing is that? We had to do all the work ourselves! Just abysmal.

waiting on hold for over an hour to speak to a pharmacist. Let's see this is now the 2nd time in the last month they have given me the wrong prescription. the drive thru line you can wait up to 45 minutes to be seen. they are absolutely awful!

I have been coming here since I was a little girl (for 15 years or so now) and I have never had a bad experience. I live around the corner and it has always been my go-to from pharmacy needs to snacks to makeup to personal hygiene. The employees are friendly and willing to help find items that I need. I also love their cards selection and I find myself coming here for cards over any other location. Plus, CVS is a far better company than Wallgreens, so come here rather than the Walgreens across the street!
