Rude, lazy staff who go out of their way to make your life more difficult, becoming visibly irritated when you ask them to do the most basic of banking services. Chase Bank should do itself a favor and fire Kayla Mason and all of her colleagues at that branch.

Totally agree with all the 1-star reviews and if I could also give 0 stars I would.DO NOT go to this branch, especially if you are unshaven and wearing shorts and slippers.Go to any other branch with the same transaction and you will not have any issues.

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. This branch is about as horrible as they come, from the service, the location itself (right next to Chick-fil-A) so good luck trying to park, right down to the staff, in particular the branch manager who was downright rude! I believe her name is Kayla Mason. Don’t waste your time. There are other branches in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I worked with PAULA (younger girl with dark hair who sits to the left). She was EXTREMELY rude, talked over me, sassy and down right ignorant to speak with. I simply requested to change my last name on my account as I am now married. Paula CANCELED my credit card (that iv had for 10+ years linked to several accounts) and sent me another credit card with the SAME LAST NAME. If you want something done correctly, do not go to the Hamilton Marketplace Chase location or use PAULA. If I could give zero stars, i would do so.Aside from that, my father recently passed and my mother was in to inquire about his bank accounts. PAULA was beyond insensitive and immediately FROZE my now deceased fathers accounts without a original certified DEATH CERTIFICATE! I guess anyone can just walk into Chase and "claim" someone passed away if they want to freeze an account. She without question, eagerly FROZE my now passed fathers account with zero proof of death. The experience was so terrible with her that a manager asked her to leave and stepped in, but sadly she had already canceled my credit card (only requested a name change) and also FROZE my fathers account. Mind you, i had extremely unexpected funeral costs to pay for which I had planned to use my credit card for! That bank location, its employees and manager are of absolutely ZERO HELP AT ALL. OH, AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO CALL, AS THEY DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN MESSAGES!

When I call they rarely pick up, while other Chase banks usually pick up the first time.

Unhappy with thier Services! They make things impossible and extremely unhelpful. Paul was very unhelpful. I love chase but will never go to that branch again!
