Worst customer service. It took 2 hours to fix flat. Also, they can’t fix flat tire if you don’t have appointment. How do you make appointments if you don’t know when you will get flat tire.Also, they don’t want to store back donut tire…. Giving excuse that in past customer complaint that donut tire was not properly installed…. Instead of learning from mistake or taking responsibility, they don’t want to put donut tire back…..Bj’s really need to take action as tire center customer service are going down the drain…..

My father had a leak in one of the tires on his vehicle, he said he’s kept getting tpms alerts and having to fill the same tire but he wasn’t able to find anything in it. He purchased the tires on his vehicle from the location with the protection plans and warranties offered.He arrived today at 505pm to find no one there and signs saying “I’m on my half hour lunch break” and the employee was alone in the shop with no customers waiting or vehicles in the shop and came out to talk to him.He told the employee the issue and the employee refused to bring it in saying “it’s too late” now kind you they’re open till 8pm per google and bj’s website and have contradictory signs saying 10-6 inside.He said come back tomorrow, my father offered 5pm as that’s when he is available for what’s considered an “emergency” repair that should be fit in and they refused again.The employee tried playing a sob story about having to work all day (as if we all don’t)The employee then offered to look at it in the lot, not pull it in and said he couldn’t find anything.My father decided he’s not gonna waste his time bsing with the useless employee and came homeI found the nail in less then a minute as picturedGood job bj’s

Purchased 4 tires and made an appointment for installation. When I arrived, I was assisted by Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. He informed me of all the extra services that come with installation and helped figure out best mileage for tire rotation based on my driving habits. He also mention that the way the tires were worn, he'd recommend an alignment. This was in line with what my regular mechanic had suggested. They even list date of manufacture of the tires on the invoice, so you know you are not getting old tires. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend using them.

Surprisingly quick and affordable service. I was able to order the tires I wanted, reserve an appointment time and have them delivered to the instalation center attached to the club all online. I showed up with my email and BJs Membership Card, and under 90 minutes later I was on the road on brand new tires. The customer service agent seemed a bit flustered and it took him quite a while to sort through the information on his screen to complete the transaction, but all in all it was a positive experience. If I found another deal on the tires I wanted from here again in the future, I would gladly do business with them again.

TIRE CARE MANAGER ON 12/6/22 WAS WORSTWorst customer care and poor attitude. An older man was at the desk today 12/6/2022. I had come there with a flat tire and asked him if he can fit me in. He looked up the system and said he could not. When I told him i had to go to work and if there were any other center near by he responds with an unintelligent smile that he 'could not suggest other areas due to competitor recommendation "Rules" and because he was an "investor" in the place. I walked out to Walmart and found they had a tire center and they fixed it in 30 min. Such people should not be hired.

They got me in to buy tires on a busy day but tell me I need and appointment for a flat repair , poor business practice. It's also 927am and the tire center which opens at 9am is still closed .

Needed tires put on after dealing with a roundabout with other locations. My wheels would unfortunately not come off through no fault of the tire center employees and they were more than accommodating in dealing with my needs and correcting the problem the best they could. Excellent customer service from the tire center all the way to the main customer service center.

Negative stars were not an option! WOW!!! The saddest excuse for a "supervisor" DW!!! We were on line for a membership for at least a half hour when we asked DW if they could get some additional help to assist the one woman behind the customer service counter, his extremely aggressive response was we should fill out job applications if we thought we can do a better job than he and his 2 associates who were busy doing nothing productive and who were obviously struggling to keep up. At least 4 other customers were in line, some longer than us were beyond aggravated at the unnecessary & unexplainable long wait. DW was too busy looking at his friend or coworkers phone to help the workers. Useless, completely unprofessional and beyond rude!!!! He continued to berate us as we left our full cart and the possibility of a membership behind. He was nothing short of shockingly aggressive & angry. Keep your membership and your rude & disrespectful employees. I find it incredulous that such a young ignorant individual was running the store. But then again judging by the small number of customers, which very well could be indicative of how DW has treated customers in the past, you probably won't be in business long.

Place is fine. Ample parking lot. I go there for certain things such as bulk items got chips, etc. People are nice there, especially the ones who give out samples. Clean.

Pathetic customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible. The technician was super rude. Has no patience to answer any questions. For every question his response is "if you want, get it done here else go somewhere else" . Save you time and energy by getting this done somewhere else , may be at Costco. .
