I haven't been to Best Buy in a very, very long time. But I was in need of an audio cable so I could play music from my phone in my car. And I decided to go to Best Buy and I found what I needed and it was under $10. I was very pleased.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The product I purchased went on sale the next day, but I was able to get a refund with customer service over the phone.
