“I had issues with my account in the past. (Which was my fault) I came in to get answers and I left in 30 minutes with all my questions answered plus more. I really appreciate Ocean first in Mays Landing, NJ. The lady Jessica Melville helped me out a lot and was so nice! Service was outstanding! I recommend Ocean first and Mrs. Melville to be precise. Highly recommend!”

“I can't say enough good things about this bank after they helped me so much with a probate situation that turned into a nightmare thanks to another bank who shall not be named. Many thanks and much appreciation to Therese and Christine Drager, who were so supportive and helpful to me as I navigated unfamiliar terrain. After the other bank was so rude and honestly cruel and heartless considering there was a death in the family, it was such a comfort to know that Northfield was there for me. Not only that but the tellers and customer service folks have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me whenever there is an issue. Over the course of many years as a customer, I can't think of a single time I encountered rudeness or was dissatisfied with the result of a phone call. Thank you Northfield and the staff of the Quakerbridge Road branch for being an important part of our community, and my life in particular!”

He really helped me with my account. ❣️Literally was almost scamed if it wasn't for Santander Fraud Department. But unfortunately this Department of Santander turn the tables and made me feel like I was the criminal. Very unprofessional to the point I broke down??. Never will I bank with a business that makes there customer feel like Sh*t!!!CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!I know fraud is hot right now. But not everyone is trying to fraud the banks. Everyone isn't lieing when they explain how things happen.Just be on the ups. Because theses scammers are smart. And I myself thought it couldn't happen to me!!!Well!!! “Everyone is friendly and truly tries to be helpful. I've been going to this branch for 20 + years and they did have a ruff patch a few years ago with a large turn over of staff and management which would explain the large clump of one star reviews. I was also frustrated and would only try to deal with a familiar face, however that has completely turned around.”

“We came to this branch a few minutes before official opening on Saturday morning. It was already open. We needed help with our account and wire transfer and we didn't have appointment. They told us to take a seat in the lobby. There already was one person waiting there. It didn't take long at all for us to get help. Just about half hour later we were done. Everybody was polite and professional. Thank you all staff members.”
