“Everyone is friendly and truly tries to be helpful. I've been going to this branch for 20 + years and they did have a ruff patch a few years ago with a large turn over of staff and management which would explain the large clump of one star reviews. I was also frustrated and would only try to deal with a familiar face, however that has completely turned around.”

“We came to this branch a few minutes before official opening on Saturday morning. It was already open. We needed help with our account and wire transfer and we didn't have appointment. They told us to take a seat in the lobby. There already was one person waiting there. It didn't take long at all for us to get help. Just about half hour later we were done. Everybody was polite and professional. Thank you all staff members.”

I really appreciate Ocean first in Mays Landing, NJ. The lady Jessica Melville helped me out a lot and was so nice! Service was outstanding! I recommend Ocean first and Mrs. Melville to be precise.
