Very bad and harsh behavior with the customers,I went three times to BofA to open a checking account. All the staffs are telling incorrect responses to me for the first and second time finally the harsh manager came and told that she can't open a bank account with these proof..If that manager stays in that bank, nobody will open a account. Really frustrating.

This place is amazing! They are always helpful and so nice, especially Divinejoy Odion?❤️ she is incredible, really never seen person that nice and friendly, she made me love going to bank❤️

I would give them 5 stars but they’re always closed! And when they’re open there is no teller available to help you with a cash deposit, there’s managers, 2 of them, but none of them can help you with a cash deposit. So might as well just change the hours of operation and keep it as closed permanently. That would be more helpful; that way you stop wasting your clients time.

There's only drive up ATMs (rather than the ones you walk up to) and they don't work. You can't deposit or withdraw money. The bank itself is closed because of the pandemic but I wish they also closed the ATMs if you can't actually use them.

Waited in a long line of cars just to get to drive up ATM, only to find out they are not doing withdrawals at the ATM. Only deposits and other transactions. Why not put out a sign telling people to go to another branch instead of making them wait to see the ATM screen to find out ????

They wouldn't cash my business checks made out to my name (business name referenced in the memo). Checks written this same way had been previously successfully deposited via their ATM and also mobile deposit. I called BOA and they didn't understand why the mgr wouldn't cash them. I took the same checks to the BOA in Lawrence and they cashed them without hesitation.

Stood in line for 2 hours to find out the system wasn't allowing transfers from account to account. The manager should be asking what each person wants when the line is literally out the door or announcing for people that are at the end of the line that the system is down. Worst experience ever.

National banking institutiom. Located on South Broad St in Hamilton NJ. One way entrance and exit can be a little tricky.
