Anybody really care for this reviews, all are bad, i have the worse experience today, but I see I'm not alone on this, bank with BofA for almost 15 years now, I. Person or by phone is the worse service, thinking to change banks at this point

This is the BoA branch with the least amount of concern for customers I have ever been to. There’s consistently only one teller available almost every time I come, which means waiting on a line that sometimes reaches into the vestibule just for a simple check cashing transaction. Seems like this is a constant complaint that this branch refuses to address. If you’re looking for efficient banking, look elsewhere.

I have been to this Branch numerous occasions only to have to walk out because there's never more than one teller. Normally three or four people waiting in line and the tellers who are there don't seem to have a care in the world about helping people get their banking done in a reasonable time they have some sort of attitude like they're better than us and we should just shut up and wait

Severely understaffed. I waited almost 25 minutes on a line that only had 3 people ahead of me (and 3 people behind me) because there was only one teller. I saw a manager walking through and making no attempts to help. There were people with appointments waiting way beyond their appointment times. They really don’t care about their customers or their staff being that they put so much pressure and work on just one person and are ok with having a lobby full of waiting customers.

Came here to work on my business issues and presented all necessary documents. Bank supervisor lady came and argued with me and kept saying it’s their policy and I asked them to print me out that policy so I can show it to my attorney, they said sure and made me wait till bank closed hours. Then comes to me and says we are closed we can’t help you today pls come on Monday and couldn’t print me out that policy and couldn’t prove me what was she saying, I feel like I’ve been discriminated, supervisor actually called me a fraud. I think I’m calling my attorney about that. This location branch I’ve had worst experience. Will talk to my attorney

Lines are huge and only 1-2 tellers working. Other bank employees in their offices just sitting there without trying to help. Impossible to go there on lunch hour because wait for teller is over half hour. And still no Saturday inside hours

This branch is consistently understaffed and takes FOREVER to process even the simplest of things. This isn't any fault of the staff here, they're all trying their hardest to fulfill all customer requests, but the management here is awful, there are multiple "bankers" sitting on their offices, watching the line for the bank teller window pile up, yet refuse to move or assist or even ask anyone on line of they're doing something aside from making a deposit. Often times that's the only thing multiple customers are doing. This branch operation is laughable, but not to the fault of the window tellers, they just aren't receiving the amount of help needed to run the bank and it shows.

Worst BOA branch that I’ve been to. I setup a appointment for the banks notary services, well I had to get a document notarized for my firearms purchase. But how that works is that it’s a piece of documentation that has to be signed by a reference of mine. The document is for me but because the person that was signing wasn’t me they would not notarize the paperwork. They made a simple task so difficult for no reason. If they make a ordeal out of such a simple task, I couldn’t imagine this bank dealing with customers money. Thank the lord I don’t live in that area.
