My bf and me love this location. For the most part everyone is so helpful and friendly. I am writing this today though because of a recent incident. I was misinformed by a different rep and when I was notified of this in the store I was clearly not happy. However, sales rep Daniel and manager Jessica did everything they could to apologize for what I was told by someone else, explain the reason and helped make the situation right. Not only did Daniel stay late to help but he also took the time to follow up. He was very informative and helpful as well. I appreciate both him and Jessica doing what they could for me. Jessica even helped her again a second time when I was not happy with an option. will continue to use this location as my go to ATT. Great management and people.

Worst customer serviceHector was not honest about all the upcharges involved with the bill. The manager was not helpful at all I’m canceling my contract with these fraudulent people.I asked for Jessica the store manager and they did not care even a bit.

The staff was friendly. I interacted with a young sales associate called Daniel, who took as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. Very helpful! The store manager was also very nice and pleasant.

To Whom It May Concern,I'd like to express my non-satisfaction with AT&T Mobile. I'm really disappointment after receiving so many promises from several AT&T employees, about getting a new phone and NOT a refurbished phone as I was promised since my old phone's screen was cracked.As of August 30th I called AT&T customer service to make a claim since my phone screen was cracked. An AT&T customer service representative advised me to call and file a claim with ASURION to get my phone replaced. When I called to Asurion, they said to file a claim which I did. Asurion gave me two options: 1. If I make a payment of $70.00, I would receive a new brand phone. or 2. If I make a payment of $40.00, I would be able to fix only the phone's screen. I chose option 1. After few days, I received on the mail, a refurbished phone instead of a new phone.As of September 18th, When I opened the box and began to add my contacts, apps, etc... I've got a surprise that this phone was used by someone else before because I learned that this phone still had activated video games from the previous owner and I realized that this phone was refurbished and NOT brand new as I was promised by both AT&T and ASURION customer service representative. I returned this refurbished phone back to the given address, they apologized and I was told that I would receive the promised new phone.As of September 25th, I received the 2nd phone, and it was an issue with the videos, picture's colors and did not look like a Samsung brand. I called ASURION to report this issue to them.After I returned the 2 phones, Asurion said that they would not be responsible because the claim was only good for a month and was expired. Therefore, Asurion asked me to call AT&T because it was nothing they couldn't do to help me at this time. So, I contacted to AT&T. Asurion added, that AT&T should have assisted me in the first place because I'm going back and forth. I was confused, felt so frustrated and hopeless, because I did not know who was going to take care of me and resolve this issue. When I contacted AT&T Warranty replacement program department, a representative helped me with the phone settings, which was the only issue. While I was on the phone with AT&T, I made the rep aware that I received on the mail a 4th phone and I asked what should I do with this? and he said to return this immediately which I complied. After 10 days, I received in the mail a package. I opened the package and I saw the previous phone #4 that I returned before. A letter was attached stating that the phone(#4) was broken and I was responsible to make a payment of $700.00. The letter said "Unfortunately, the device we received from you is not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty program. the device is being returned to you because of the following condition: Damage to Screen-Broken or Cracked." I really disappointment with ATT&T and ASURION because after several months back and forth with promises to receive a new brand device because both representatives (AT&T & ASURION) assure me that I'm eligible to receive a new phone after I file a claim since this was my first time to make a claim.Personally, it feels like I was cheated by both companies with promises and not giving the correct information by your employees.Thank you for taking the time reading this I will start over again doing business with somewhere else who will really take serious consideration doing business with me and for our family who I regret now to recommend to change their cell phone providers with AT&T.Thank you kindly,Respectfully,Yolanda Morris

Bob was super helpful here at the mays landing location. he answered all our questions and double checked everything in our account to help us understand exactly what we had in our plan since we were a little confused and wanted to inquire about upgrades. we had first gone to the galloway store and the employee there did not want to be bothered with our questions so we went to the mays landing store right after. we wanted to see if we could add next up in our lines through the store and Bob said he could definitely do it but the employee at the galloway location said the only way to change something would be calling the customer service which was clearly a lie.

I was using Verizon a long time but had many recent issues with my phone ? reception. My neighbor told me to go to AT& T. I am so pleased I did. The manager was so helpful and our salesperson Bob made our experience wonderful. They even gave us Free I phone with our trade in. My husband is planning on switching his Verizon acct as well. Superb professional people at the Mays Landing store. I highly recommend Bob for service.

We went to this store in mays landing around 7:00pm on Friday evening. Store service tech Denial was with another customer, but he quickly greeted us and informed us the waiting time. While Denial’s customer working on something, he run to us to see if he can help us real quick with his a few free minutes if we didn’t have a big problems, in this way we didn’t have to wait for long time. He patiently explained to us and answered all our questions.Denial did what he didn’t have to do. He really warm our hearts in this holiday season. A bright, caring young man, very respectful!

Wonderful customer service! I came in as I was thinking of switching over to AT&T so I obviously had a few questions. All of my questions were answered with concise information. Associate was quite friendly. Refreshing to get such service. In the end though ...after research and comparison I did go with another carrier due to the economic factors. But this was a good experience.

Daniel was an outstanding representative of AT&T today. I had a concern with a new phone and he was more than willing to help out. He was able to change out our old phone and get the new one connected in no time.
