Chuck and his team are equally excellent, often resolving most issues within just 12 hours. The property is well maintained, with beautiful landscaping and green areas. Overall, the team goes above and beyond to make living here a great experience.”

“Kia had me sold on renting at Brookwood before I even toured the property! I called to inquire and her professionalism, understanding & patience is what made me take a tour and rent the apartment same day. Property management was my previous career for over 20 years so I am NOT easy to sell too. Kia answered my millions of questions in person, email and phone calls and she patiently explained everything, showed me gorgeous apartments and now that I have signed my lease I am excited to move in. The day I signed my lease at the sister community Wynbrook a super nice maintenance gentleman saw that I arrived early for my appointment & stopped to ask if I needed assistance. He welcomed me to the community & took a few mins to chat. New England where I used to live came up and we got to talk about how he and his kids are Boston Red Sox fans. I’ll update my post after I move in, but I know I will love it. Do not hesitate to call Kia and tour this beautiful property. Apartments are spacious there are renovated and non renovated options which both were in excellent condition.”

“I moved in Rock Springs apartments 2 years ago. It's really very nice and quiet place. Manager is always ready to help and understands. Service requests are being taken care of immediately. Maintenance and cleaning lady are really hardworking and nice people, they are friendly, polite and professional. Happy to have it as my home.”
“Excellent value for money. I liked the promptness and disciplined property maintenance. Snow is promptly shovelled, leaves blown and lawns mowed. Place is quiet, safe, clean. Infestation related comments in previous reviews have turned out to be pleasantly and entirely untrue, having completed an 18 month stay there. The prime reason I moved in here was the easy access to public transportation - bus stops are a 2 min walk, and both the Trenton and Hamilton train stations are a 10 minute ride/drive away (that's 10 minutes to either SEPTA or NJ Transit).I can quibble about creaky floor boards and sound insulation not being the greatest, but there's really not a valid complaint I've had during my stay.My wife and I would confidently recommend this place to a family that needs quick access to both SEPTA and NJ Transit.”
