Family owned business very clean & have pop corn & free coffee for customers. This is now my Fav Tyre center places in central Jersey. Really friendly staff Phil & Venessa were outstanding and were very welcoming. They were able to accommodate me in without any prior appointment. Fast & great service.

The best care for their customers!! Very knowledgeable in their products. Head Mechanic was on point and made sure the car was safe for the Winter for our 17 year old to drive.
GREAT Discount. And Very Friendly at front desk.

I’ve always received good service and my most recent trip was the same. I did have to wait much longer when I just dropped in. I guess it was just a busy day but it ended a fix and a reasonable charge. The Me only complaint I could possibly make is there were two people in the waiting room who felt comfortable talking their Political stance And as it happens, I couldn’t disagree with them more. I left the waiting area rather than be exposed to their rudeness. One of them put something on there phone, a political rally That was so loud no one could hear the TV. But I could hear that phone from the other room.. This is no reflection on my experience with you directly, But perhaps a sign advising people not to use the sound on their phones while in the waiting room would be helpful.

Very easy process from making appointment online to picking it up.
Great customer service , and the work that was done was perfect usually in my experiences its a painstaking process dealing with mechanics but not at american tire would definetly reccomend them to everyone.

I needed to get a wheel alignment for my car, and during the process of scheduling an appointment, Dale, the person I spoke with, was very polite and patient. If you need a quote, you can ask him, and he'll be happy to provide it. While waiting for the service, they offer a complimentary food bar with hot tea and popcorn. The waiting area is spacious, with plenty of seating and accessible restrooms. For an auto repair store, their service is excellent. I highly recommend contacting them to schedule an appointment before you go. It’s convenient, and they follow up with you, unlike other shops where no one confirms the appointment afterward.

I had an issue while out driving. Even though I had no appointment and they were busy, they took care of me. Explained everything that had gone wrong and fixed it. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Dave, Dale and his crew are excellent! They are upfront on the costs involved and even let you shop around. But why should I when I get quality repairs and maintenance and at the promised schedule. I have done repairs & maintenance on all 3 of my cars at reasonable prices. Appreciate it… ??
