Carpet recovery plus did an amazing job on my carpets. I needed service in a short period of time and Matt was able to fit me in his busy schedule within the time frame I needed. They came on time and really took their time in making sure the job was done right. My dog has accidents on the carpets and with their pet treatment , all the stains and odor was completely removed. Very professional staff and great work. Thanks again !

Matt just came back to our house to do several rooms for a very reasonable price -- $255 for 3 rooms and a portion of the basement (we are in the middle of clearing out 15 years' worth of junk). One room was added on short notice because we had the chance to swap out a large bed and the floor was clear -- Matt added it without an issue.

I found this company through yelp reviews. I was impressed with what other people said so decided to give them a try. I was more than pleased! Mat answered me promptly, set up the date and explained his rates up front. In the mean time I had a terrible paint spill in an upstairs room (not part of the original proposal) and they took it all in stride. They did a terrific job and guaranteed their work even if spots showed up later. I am looking forward to an ongoing carpet cleaning relationship!

I am very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the team. I had two couches treated for dog smell and accidents. The outcome was fantastic! Damp for a little longer than expected but thats becuase they went over and really let the enzyme treatment soak in which is great! Id rather some longer dampness and a team that really cares and does extra than the alternative. Would highly recommend this company and would use again. Staff was very personable and i felt 100 percent comfortable with them in my house and they were nice to my little puppy (who caused all this mess lol) thanks!

We've used Matt Jarnis and his Carpet Recovery Plus service three times in the past 8 months. We inherited a rug that needed cleaning, we needed to refresh and clean our Oriental area rugs, and since we moved to a new house last week and wanted our dining room rug cleaned for the new place. Each time Matt was knowledgeable, gracious and helpful. He accommodated our schedule, was never late, and his prices are competitive and fair. The work quality is excellent He's a pleasure to work with. I heartily recommend his company!

Carpet Recovery Plus came a few weeks ago to clean all carpets in my home. I have used them in the past and very satisfied. Matt and his partner cleaned approximately 7 rooms plus halls and stairway. Reasonably priced. There were some tough stains to remove in the hall but Matt was able to do it! When I need to have my carpets cleaned again, I will use Carpet Recovery Plus! Thanks Matt!

Matt and Rich brought the carpet in my daughter's room back to life! The carpet is 10+ years old and has had hair dye, paint stains, soda spilled on it and make up that was ground into the rug. We had previously attempted to clean it with a rented machine but it was no match for the years of abuse and I was never satisfied with how it turned out. I will never waste my time and money on a rented carpet cleaner again! They also cleaned the tile and sealed the grout in my kitchen and bathroom. The floors look like the day we put them in! They were professional and courteous. On time the day of the appointment, email reminders that I had an upcoming appointment and reasonably priced. Very professional service in my book. I am setting up another appointment to have my other 2 bathrooms done as well as my bedroom. Thank you Matt and Rich!

I had 4 different companies come out to obtain proposals to my 3 story commercial property and Matt was the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional out of all of them. He cleaned roughly 4,000 sqft of carpets throughout the building and it all came out great. The carpets are old and had spots that were there forever, but Matt and his crew were able to clean them out. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for everything, Matt!

By far the best carpet cleaning I've experienced! Owner, Matt, was extremely polite, explained everything clearly and did an A+ job. After our phone confirmation, I was sent email confirmation and also reminder email the day prior to service. Will definitely use them again!

Frustrating experience, wasted THREE hours of my day waiting. I specifically asked prior to scheduling the appointment if they could get on base, Matt ensured me they'd be there. Military folks, these guys cannot get on base. After several phone calls to Matt the day of and many different stories-insurance card expired, inspection line long, and finally his driver cannot get on the base, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone.
