Tellers are typically nice but they shut down the drive through so long lines inside are the norm now. Please bring back the drive through.

I had to open up an estate account for my mom, who passed away on Christmas Eve.The Manager of the Route33. Hamilton Square, NJ (Stephanie) office was very helpful and efficient. She was very busy, and still took the tine to make my visit pain free.Also, Joshua was also very helpful.

After not being able to get any response from the Robbinsville branch, I made an appointment with Matt at the Hamilton branch. Not only did Matt help resolve our issues during the visit, he offered to update old information on the account. Great customer service!

Easily one of the worst branches to deposit and withdraw higher amounts of money. Was told I can’t withdraw 13 thousand from my account but allows me to get 10 and then the teller had a smart mouth and says I need to call ahead of time to withdraw an amount like that. Second time around I do that and guess what? No one answers for a full hour. I go the next day and they say I can’t even withdraw the amount I need because it needs to be authorized by a manager. I’ve never had this problem with the other branches

Very rude tellers. Most of the tellers that are men specifically, are super rude and petty. I am definitely not opening a bank account at this bank after what my mother went through today. Absolutely horrible experience. And I thought my job as a military cadet was frustrating??

I've visited this branch on 3 separate occasions to take care of a legal name change. To this day they're unable to do the name change and I have all appropriate documentation. Their customer service is awful and the way they speak to people is awful. And, to close your account you need to sit with a banker. Not only do I not recommend using this branch, I do not recommend Wells Fargo. TD bank did my name change with just my driver's license and Capital One with a W9. Wells Fargo - get with the times!

Have been with Wells Fargo for several decades without a problem. Recently tried to open a home equity loan was told to lie on the application which cause problems down the road. Needless to say the application was denied.

This is where I had opened my first bank account years ago. Wells Fargo is OK, not my favorite bank overall but seems decent. My family banks there and have had decent experiences, also they have been helping my mom recently dealing with financial matters after the passing of my father.

Closed the branch that had 4 stars and kept this one open. Extremely long wait just to see a teller. Dont waste your time with wells Fargo
