Went with my kids who were clearly not of age and the guy refused to sell to me because I had my kids with me. Wasn't my first time there either with my kids and I never had an issue but the guy this time was rude and said I couldn't buy anything with my kids there. Left and went to the vape shop down the street and amazing customer service there. I will never be back to this place.

The manager here is as rude as I’ve ever encountered. I asked him for a certain brand and says “I don’t carry what everyone else has.” Which I understand. Then proceeds rudely and tells me “go try other stores around but not here” thanks I didn’t know this was an information desk for directions. Avoid this place and go to one of the other 4 smoke shops nearby where they appreciate your business and save yourself the experience of lack of customer service.

I had some issues with my vape and the man working there was very helpful. He wasn’t pushing me to buy anything but was instead trying to help me fix it. The stores clean and the people are friendly. If we weren’t just visiting the area then this place would for sure be our go-to store!

Went there for the first time last weekend and it was an amazing experience. It's very clean and organizedI was also greeted by Shawn who is very knowledgeable of everything there and was very helpful in guiding me to get the right product for my needs. I look forward to returning in the future :)
