I purchase a car from this dealership. I was looking for a Lexus IS 300 or 350 and they had a beautiful model for sale with only 28,000 miles! The sales rep Dave was wonderful in helping close the deal with the help of the finance team, I couldn’t ask for a better experience on buying my first car. I had such a fantastic experience with the dealership and all of the people that are there. Singh our salesperson was very helpful knowledgeable, and very transparent. I respect a person who is straight forward. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone.

One of the two dealerships that couldn't resolve a $150.00 problem after numerous trips to them. Instead, they wanted me to spend about 1,500 to buy new tires and machine rotors to resolve a vibration noise when driving over 65mph. They provided their best technicians, I was told.

Bought a used 2018 Murano during Covid in 2021. I’m a single mom of a disabled child and at the time going through a divorce. I needed a car asap because my ex took my car. I borrowed 5000 from my fiancé who even put the car in his name Well it is getting harder to lift my child into this car so I was thinking of trading it in. I finally looked at my paperwork and found the price I was actually charged for the car was 6000 over what was suppose to be the sale price I will no way be able to trade this vehicle in without a huge loss. And the credit union they financed through has been a nightmare. Needless to say I am very disappointed and feel I was treated very unfairly.

I brought my car in for service and it turned out it wasn’t worth putting any more money into because it is a 2007. Instead of taking advantage of me Michaela referred me to the Sales department where I met with Tyler. He got me a fair amount for my 2007 maxima, and helped me get into a loan for a 2019 Jeep wrangler! Definitely amazing helpful service at route 33 Nissan <3

Waited a long time for my RZ34 Z and Tyler (my salesman) communicated beautifully the whole time. Overall a great experience. I've bought a lot of cars over my 59 years and Tyler was the best salesman I've had. Would highly recommend Tyler and Rt.33 Nissan.

Super unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My salespeople who I believe their names are Monica and Tyler, failed to mention plenty of important financial factors in the process of me buying my car which resulted in me returning the vehicle. A month and a half later and I still have not received my initial down payment that I put down on the car. I was told it would take a day, then one week, then 2 weeks, then 4-6 weeks for me to receive my down payment. They are very sneaky, unprofessional, and I am super dissatisfied as I still to this day have not received my cash down payment. Even when I call to speak to someone they say someone will call me back yet I never hear back from them. I’ve heard from plenty of other people and they have had very similar experiences with this dealership. If you want complete transparency with buying your next car go anywhere but here!!!

Deceptive Practices and Nonexistent Customer Service
I recently made an appointment at Nissan on Route 33 in Hamilton, NJ, to purchase a 2022 Nissan Sentra with 8k miles, advertised online for around $19,000. I arrived promptly, one minute before my appointment, and was met by a random salesman named Kyrie. While he was nice enough and did what he was supposed to, according to him, the real issue here is the dealership’s deceptive pricing tactics.
I came prepared for a cash purchase, ready to place a deposit on the car. I expected to meet with the manager, Jeffrey, to negotiate the deal, but I never even saw him. Instead, the salesman went back and forth to this “ghost” of a manager, and when I finally saw the numbers, I was stunned. They added a $4,000 “certified pre-owned” fee, a $3,000 inspection fee, and another $2,500 for taxes and document fees. When it was all said and done, the final price was $29,000—more than the cost of a brand new Sentra straight from Nissan’s website.
This place is a joke, and it’s shocking that they’re still in business with such blatantly deceptive practices. I drove nearly an hour for this nonsense. As a 17-year veteran of the Philadelphia Fire Department, I’ll be sure to let the International Association of Firefighters know about this experience and advise them to steer clear of Nissan on Route 33 in Hamilton, NJ. This dealership doesn’t deserve your business.
