I literally walked in to see if they can schedule me to check my car for a rattling noise like the chassis was shaking loose. They took it right away and I just walked the 1/2 mile home.Had the car back 4 hours later. It was an $1,800 bill, but they addressed everything including things Mavis next door never checked {like my cabin filter}. Complete brakes, all filters, missing tire lug nut, tightened sway bar, etc. I truly believe all work done needed to be done. I got lazy with my maintenance.The idea was "tighten and clean up" the car to use as a trade-in. The car runs like new now so a new car can wait until next year.A+++ service, pricing and professionalism.

Went there to see if they were hiring for mechanics both people I encountered were so rude I wouldn't even by gas here now. Hope they treat customers better than I was.

The guys are friendly and the gas is usually cheaper then the other local gas stations .If you get the shell card you can get .10 off per gallon .Also shell is usually good gas.

Prices are completely reasonable. I felt comfortable knowing I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the mechanic, brett, was knowledgeable and friendly. They have my business for good! Definitely stop in here with any auto issues.

This is a good shop. Honest, fair, and professional. We've had oil changes, alignments and diagnostic done for various reasons, and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend this shop. Oil change prices are great!

I've been bringing my vehicle to RSK Automotive for about 4 years. The shop is neat, clean, and organized. All I will say is...you get what you pay for. I had a major repair done and one of the components failed which caused other associated parts to fail as well, RSK got me right back in and replaced the ALL the bad parts under warranty. It didn't cost me anything, and there were no games played about it. So even though, on it face, the repair may seem a bit pricey, there is good value for your money. You consider most times the repair relies on the mechanic's skill and the quality of the parts, and the mechanic is at the mercy of the part's quality.

Had an oil xhange. Chargesd for miscellaneous parts. No problem with that. Noticed oil drops coming from car. Went to another dealer and they discovered no gasket on the oik plug. 2nd bad experience at this shop.

I gave RSK a lot of business with my new used car recently bought They were fair when it came to maintenance issues. When I got stuck and needed a tow because of a bad starter, Randy charged me 3.5 hours labor for a 1.5 - 2 hour job on the install of the starter. He did tell me that the intake manifold had to be removed to get to the starter, but I called 2 other shops and they both told me the same thing with one place saying it was a 1.5 hour job and the other saying 2 hour job. . To be fair on all sides He did get it done in the same day, but he also charged me 90 dollars to tow it 1 mile.

I had my car worked on here for a new starter. I was charged 280.00 for labor @ $80.00/hour that's 3.5 hours there saying it took. I called 2 other mechanics and they told me that starter on my car should have taken 1.5 - 2 hours. They even looked it up to make sure. At most I should have been looking at $160.00 for labor not the $280.00 I was charged. Just be careful and ask questions. I thought I could trust them considering I have been bringing my cars in for years. Buyer Beware!!!

The guy who answered the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful I called for an inspection question and he goes you don't know the kind of exhaust that was put on at your shop then he is telling me that I may fail inspection because I may have an off-road exhaust never heard of that ever

Stay away from this place! I took my buick to this place to fix a very simple thing, big mistake. The reason why i did it was because i have no AAA and would cost me a lot of money to take the car to the place where i usually take my car. This son of a bi%#@ took advantage of the situation and ripped me off pretty bad, he charged me over 500$ for something that wouldn't even cost half of that! he's a thief. I know he's not gonna be around for too long because dishonest people like him, it will always end up broke! I don't wish this for him, but the life itself is gonna take care of him!
